A UK based company delivering great quality prints
I ordered a print and frame. They were delivered promptly within a matter of days. They were both wrapped securely. The quality of both items are excellent. I will definitely be ordering further prints in the future. Particularly after trying to order from none based UK companies and being let down and not receiving goods.

Very impressed! I've bought many prints from other sites since moving in my new house, but these are by far the best quality ones I've received.

Recently bought 3 pictures and 3 frames. Ordered on Saturday delivered Monday amazing service. The framed pictures were for my newly decorated lounge. They are stunning and have had so many compliments on them. So pleased I am waiting for a new order for my hall. I made a mistake with my order and Louise was straight onto the issue as soon as she could, sorted it and I am waiting eagerly to see my new pictures. Brilliant Customer Experience
Purchased 3 prints and 3 frames recently from The House Outfit. Had some scratches on the clear perspex layer of one frame on arrival. However, I contacted their customer service team who were super quick to respond and resolved everything. Louise was really lovely throughout and I can’t wait to put up my prints!! Would 100% recommend purchasing from this family business, they have some beautiful products and I will definitely be buying from them in the future.

Excellent customer service!
This is my third order from their website. Love their frames! For my last, order, the frame received was damaged. However, in less than 2 hours, their customer service team reply to me saying a replacement product will be on is way! Really efficient customer service :)

The customer service is outstanding
The customer service is outstanding. I placed several orders, had to return one and exchange it. They were prompt in answering, and arranged delivery and collection on the same day for convenience, all free of charge. Louise has been great in answering my queries and following up. Awesome customer service!
I don’t often think to post positive feedback, but the customer service at The House Outfit is really, really good. There was no next day delivery option, but I emailed and they quickly replied and upgraded my order to next day delivery for free. I also ordered a canvas which would be 3-5 days, I hadn’t received after five days, so I emailed them, again they replied straight away, then followed up again the next morning with an update - it arrived at 8am the next day. If I had a customer service department I’d want Louise in charge, she is fab. Great products too, and I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.

I contacted customer service just to see what day I could expect my delivery and I had a super quick response from a lovely lady called Louise who was very informative friendly. Awful experience
Awful experience. I'm really amazed at the feedback that is on here.
The prints I received were of the poorest quality I have ever seen - highly pixelated and looked like they had been printed on a laserjet at work.
The communication process became painful - the associate who was supposed to be helping me just stopped all contact and I later found out they had gone on holiday and not handed my query over to anyone.
Eventually I opened a PayPal case and THO have refused to co-operate at any stage meaning it has now been over a month since I initially contacted them and sent the prints back. I still have not had my money back.
I feel that they have gone out of their way to make my refund as difficult as possible because I questioned their quality and bruised their ego.
Not very nice behaviour and I of course would never ever buy from them again

I am sorry that you've been unhappy with your experience when shopping with us. You ordered some of our best selling prints including the Classico Beige range, and I am sorry that they didn't meet your expectations.
I can see that we advised the items could be returned to us for a refund through our usual returns process. As a Paypal case was raised, this can lengthen the returns process and the case is still under review with them which is the reason for the delay. Please accept my apologies about this, unfortunately when the case is held on Paypal as a merchant we are no longer able to refund yourself directly and must wait for Paypal to review the case.
I am sorry that you feel we have tried to make the process more difficult as this certainly isn't our intention, and I have emailed you some further information this evening which show the actions we've taken to process the refund case which is awaiting review from Paypal. Once they have reviewed the case your refund will be processed by them, as all information confirming we have agreed your items could be refunded and they have been received has been provided by us.
If you'd like to talk to us further about your experience, you can email us over at customer.services@thehouseoutfit.com. As I mentioned above I've sent you an email this evening showing the action we have taken, and we hope that it is resolved quickly by Paypal.
