Very happy with my canvases and prints…
Very happy with my canvases and prints and frames.
The first order I placed was for two canvases. These arrived very quickly, within 48 hours I think. They were well packaged and of great quality.
I then placed a second order for some prints and frames, again these arrived quickly and were well packaged. They look great on my walls.
The frames are nice quality, I've previously bought frames off a well known poster provider beginning with D and the quality was awful for the price. I'll be ordering all my frames from the house outfit from now on.
I would highly recommend this company.

My birthday order arrived a whole mess
My birthday order arrived a whole mess, items missing, wrong sizes and prints being a different colour.
They quickly offered a replacement (great, but I wanted my order in one day without having to get in touch!) and mentioned I could keep the extra two frames.
I asked if, with the delivery of my missing and correct side items I could get some prints to put in the extra frames and they quickly asked me to return them if I preferred.
A very cheap move from the shop, especially after getting half of the order wrong!!

Thank you for your review, we are so sorry that there was a mistake with your order for your birthday and as a result you didn't receive all of the frames you ordered initially and some things in the wrong size/colour. I can see that our team sent the replacement missing frames for you last week, we hope that these have now been delivered and you are happy with the items you've received.
With regards to the print, I can see that you spoke with our Customer Services team about this and they explained that the print you received is the colour it is intended to be. I'm sorry that the print didn't meet your expectations, the colour and tone of prints can vary when you are looking at the website depending on the display settings you have on your device, if you still feel the print is unsuitable and want to return the print for a refund that's no problem at all.
I'm sorry you felt we didn't resolve the problems with your order to your satisfaction, we completely understand your disappointment at receiving an order with frames missing and tried to rectify this quickly for yourself. Our policy on these occasions is to replace the missing items for the customer, and I can see that alongside sending the frames my colleague also offered for you to keep the incorrect items you received as a good will gesture.
As you requested a further gesture of a set of free prints on this occasion we declined as we already had offered that you could keep the frames if you wished to and this was accepted, my colleague then offered to collect the frames from yourself so as not to inconvenience you any further. I'm sorry if you felt that was reactionary as we only intended to minimise any further inconvenience in the event that you did not want to keep the frames when we declined to provide a new set of prints.
As a small, family business we adhere to the policies we have set to ensure that issues with customer orders are dealt with quickly and fairly - we want all of our customers to have a positive shopping experience and I'd like to apologise that hasn't been the case for you on this occasion. I can see the team provided you with replacement frames and a discount code should you wish to order any further prints, if you want to discuss your order with us further please don't hesitate to reach out to us again on customer.services@thehouseoutfit.com

Order came wrong but one of the lovley team members responded to my email quickly which I appreciate and said they would correct my order and have a new one sent out and also kindly said I could keep the mistaken order and re gift it which is so nice of them. Excellent customer service and product . Order a beautiful pair of pictures not realising there was a 50% discount if bought individually . They emailed me to say they would refund me the difference as if I ordered them separately so I would recieve the offer . The pair arrived and they are lovely . Thank you so much

I had an issue with my order going missing with FedEx. Customer service was amazing, they were quick to respond and investigated with FedEx. A full refund was given. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Thank you so much

Excellent service
Purchased several A2 prints and frames. Was able to amend my order before dispatch, and when the arrived they were wrapped really well and all items were really good quality. Customer service was excellent, alway replied and really helpful.

Bought four aluminum frames
Bought four aluminum frames, good quality and price. One was delivered with a crack in the plexi glass. Customer service was very helpful and fast and sent a replacement sheet out straight away. Would recommend.

Don’t buy from them. I ordered Nola art set of 3 from them for 176.23£
Quality is cheap
Comes with plastic Perspex
Wall art/poster was all damaged in corners (after I reported it with pictures, company offered discount but experience was ruined)
Poor quality chip boards!
Perspex was all damaged (the company offered to send a new Perspex as a replacement but they kept sending damaged items as a replacement in continuum (happened 3 times in a row)
Had to put damaged Perspex on wall at the end as got tired of reported faulty stock
Horrible experience. For what’s it’s worth it’s a cheap company claiming to be luxurious. They claim stuff gets damaged in transit but the quality is low. Their Instagram page is misguiding the customers. The posters quality isn’t what they try to portray

I can see that you did express your dissatisfaction with your overall shopping experience to our customer services team and they responded asking how they could resolve the matter for you however they got no reply. We do quality check all our items before they leave our warehouse however damage can occur during transit due to the fragile nature of the frames and prints. The damage that occurred was escalated to our account manager as this is also not the service we expect from our courier. Fantastic company first class customer service
I’m always wary of ordering from Facebook and Instagram but thought I’d take a chance and ordered 4 prints … The customer service from this company is outstanding they take time to fully answer any queries you have .. My prints arrived on time fully tracked so I knew exactly when they were arriving .. Fully protected in a thick cardboard tube and wrapped well ..The quality was fantastic looked exactly the same as advertised they look lovely in the frames and totally finish off my room .. The little personal message hand written on my invoice thanking me for using their business was a lovely touch .. I will definitely be ordering again Thank you

3 stars is because of the price and…
3 stars is because of the price and quality of what you get. I honestly thought that the pictures would be higher quality,, I thought there would be glass insert instead of plastic. Paying over £50 for 2 pictures of this quality is ridiculous. I have put these pictures in the frames and have to say they do not stand out. I honestly wouldn't recommend buying from them..and I do not intend to buy again.

We include within our product description and FAQ page that our frames come with a non-glass acrylic plexi screen, my apologies if you hadn't noticed that when ordering and the item was different to your expectations. The plexi screens we use are more expensive to manufacture than glass and we have found them to be more durable and less likely to be damaged in transit when travelling to the customer too.
As an independent business the wall art we sell is made to order, they are printed using industry-leading professional printers and we use a 200gsm high-quality thick paper which we need to take into account when setting our pricing but we regularly offer discounts or promotions to help customers order with a discount. I can see that you did receive a 35% discount on the cost of your prints which made them £9.75 each or a total of £19.50 for the pair (not including your frames), we're sorry that you felt the order was not good value for money.
I have checked back through our emails and social media and we don't seem to have any contact from you beforehand regarding the quality of your order - we would like our customers to have a positive experience when shopping with us and I am sorry that hasn't been the case for you on this occasion. Finally a company that understands what…
Finally a company that understands what customer service means. They dispatched my order same day but there was a hold up with Royal Mail meaning my delivery was delayed. I contacted the House Outfit and they apoligsed, refunded me my postage and sent a brand new print out on a 48 hour service as they 'didn't want me to have to wait any longer'
I can't recommend their customer service enough and the prints are such good quality, exactly as you see them on the site. A real find and I am now choosing what I want for the next room :)
