We're well known for our on-hand customer service team who are always happy to help you out, whether its asking a design question or queries about an order. We'll do our very best to help you, that's why our customer service team is available 9-5, 5 days a week.
We're based in Newcastle Upon Tyne where we dispatch your orders from. We're all about providing you with the best quality, luxurious homeware available, that's why our team of interior designers and buyers hand pick all of our items.

All of our items are sold online through our website, we know you're going to be super excited to receive your items! That's why we offer express delivery on most of our items in the warehouse.

We're only human, sometimes accidents do happen. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure your items arrive with you safely, on rare occasions they might arrive with a fault. If this happens to you, please get in touch with our team as quickly as you can - it's our job to make this right for you!

AVOID. I refuse to spend a penny here again.
Purchased a vase on the 20% off event, it come in a box with absolutely no secure packaging. It was just shoved in a box on its own. filmed it being opened as the delivery man said it’s smashed. Rowen refunded me as no more items in stock. When it came back in stock I asked if I could re purchase at the same price with 20% off due to it being sent out with no care at all in a box. They refused but offered me free delivery. THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN. I have spent lots of money with this company and been a loyal customer. They are happy to gift ‘influencers’ but have no loyalty to their repeat customers who spend hard earned money. They will not get a penny out of me again. AVOID.

Beautiful wallpaper
I was deliberating whether to change the wallpaper in my bedroom and I saw Rowan had 20% off which gave me the push. My next decision is whether to do the job myself (always have done) or pay a professional.
