Ordered a couple of things, one being a paint pot sample, I paid for the “extra loss and breakable “ part, did not receive my paint sample. When I contacted them by instagram as they are hard of getting hold of, was told it would arrive separately as the paint might spill, I still have not received it. I have sent another message and still no reply.
Such a shame as I have not had any other problems with anything else that I have ordered. But as for decorating my spare bedroom I will buy my paint elsewhere. I can’t risk using their paint incase there are anymore problems with it not turning up. The paint is quite expensive so will go elsewhere!!! Rowan Homes this is a let down, you are followed by a lot of people on social media this is a real shame!!! 😡

I’ve had many items from this company and all are excellent quality.

Emailed last night to query items in a picture on Rowen Homes website and Megan swiftly replied . Super helpful customer service.

I ordered the popular 7 wick Aeolian candle, I messaged the company after I wasn’t happy with it explaining my reasons and sent a picture as proof of my issue, a couple of prompt emails later between myself and the very polite & helpful Megan, as a result I’m awaiting a replacement candle… would definitely use this company again No issues with aftercare Thank you Rowan Homes 👍 regards Christine Hunt

I cant recommend this company enough. I ordered 2 items, the delivery was prompt but one of the items was damaged. I informed Janice at Rowan Homes who apologised and because there was not one in stock refunded the amount straight away. Personal call to inform me what was happening rather than an e-mail was a nice touch. After sales service the "best".

We ordered headboards for 2 double beds and an emperor divan base . The divan base came in two parts . One side was considerably damaged which impacted the top from opening effectively as the frame was buckled . I contacted Janice at Rowan Homes who sincerely apologised and said she would organise a replacement promptly . A few days later the delivery arrived ! Two incredibly helpful drivers wrapped and removed both the bases . Asked to wash their hands as the base was white and they didn’t want to leave any marks on the new bases . They then showed me how the bases were put together and to raise and lower both at the same time so as to not damage the bed . I honestly couldn’t be happier with the product and service from Rowan homes and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to friends . Thankyou again Janice , you were brilliant!

I ordered a wall clock and it arrived damaged. I dealt with Janice who was amazing. The issue was dealt with immediately and I’m waiting on the replacement to arrive. Great customer service… 5 stars

I bought recently from this company and they were honestly superb.
Jamie was so helpful and friendly to deal with and communication with her was 1st class.
