I’ve had such a fantastic experience dealing with Jenna at Rowan Homes. From my very first enquiry, she has been incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, with excellent knowledge of the products and a genuine willingness to help.

Jenna made setting up our trade account so easy and straightforward, taking the time to answer my questions and making the whole process completely hassle-free. The level of customer service has been exceptional, and it’s so refreshing to deal with someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about providing great service.

A real credit to Rowan Homes. I’m delighted to have opened a trade account with them and very much look forward to working with Jenna and the team on future interior projects.

Waited nearly a month for my unit and when I finally get it, it has come with the table top not attached and smashed in and the paint work smudges with chips
Out in places.. I paid £900. Spoke to some lovely ladies and they apologised greatly and said would get a refund when the unit is eventually picked up however I needed this unit for my little girls party so now I can’t afford to get a new one as I have to wait for refund… customer service is amazing however I wouldn’t recommend paying so much for the units

I recently purchased a rug from Rowen Homes for around £200, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality when it arrived.

The Rowen Homes website is extremely stylish and creates a strong impression that the products are luxurious and of a high quality. Unfortunately, I found the rug to be very thin and lightweight — it weighed around 7kg — and it didn’t feel remotely like a £200 rug in terms of quality or construction.

After receiving it, I found very similar rugs in almost identical designs, styles and thicknesses available elsewhere, including on Amazon, for as little as £60. Having seen those alternatives, I genuinely feel that a price closer to this would be much more representative of the quality of the product I received.

I was also disappointed with the returns process. I didn’t liaise with anyone at Rowen Homes directly, but for a website that looks so polished and premium, I found the returns experience surprisingly difficult and unintuitive.

I was initially directed to a Google Form and then had to navigate back through the website to work out how to arrange the return myself. I was also required to pay for the return, despite there being no clear guidance on which courier service was suitable for a rug of this size.

I spent a considerable amount of time going through different courier options to establish which providers would actually accept a parcel of this size and then comparing the costs. I’ve never experienced this level of difficulty arranging a return before, particularly when the customer is expected to cover the return cost.

Overall, my biggest criticism is the disconnect between the presentation of the brand and the actual customer experience. The website looks extremely premium and gives the impression of a luxury homeware company, but in my experience, the quality of the product and the returns process didn’t live up to that image.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t purchase from Rowen Homes again.

Second order with Rowen Homes that is delayed and this one is still incomplete.
It is a shame because when the items do come in multiple orders, they are actually very nice.
Still waiting for a reply to my email a week later, also done a help request for my missing items.
I wouldn’t usually take the time to review so negatively but they emailed to leave my review…

My experience with Rowen was exceptional although one of my items was damaged it wasn’t a problem I sent an email the same day and got a response from Jess F she was very helpful and polite and dealt with the issue within 24hr I will definitely be ordering more items in the future and would always recommend Rowen to anyone 👍

I recently ordered a canvas art from Rowen, whilst the item was not necessarily the quality I had hoped and did arrive damaged, probably the delivery companies problem, I cant speak highly enough of the customer service received. Jenna was quick to pick up my email, understood my concerns and swiftly arranged collection of the item and subsequent refund.

I ordered an Ottoman bed at the start of the summer holidays (I am a teacher) so that could have it delivered before I went back to school. I ordered a front opening one which they said they could do and was on the order. When it arrived it was a side opening one. Agreed to replace it and is now ready, have told them on numerous occasions in last week that I can now only receive it on a Friday as no one is at home and constantly getting emails saying delivery is on any day except a Friday. Have phoned Rowan 3 times this week and each time they say they will get back to me and still no reply by email or phone. Communication is awful once they get payment and don't seem to be able to organise their deliveries at all!

I recieved my order of a faux fur throw. It is beautiful, however,it sheds everywhere and not fit for purpose. I have emailed to request a refund and had no response. Kind regards Kara

Super experience today with Poppy, I visited the store last night, slept on all the items I was dwelling over, rang and placed the order on the phone this morning, and just learnt the items are on their way. Painless and super easy. Poppy was so kind and patient as I changed my mind mid discussion, there was nothing any trouble. Looking forward to receiving my order. Thank you :)
