It's quite difficult to find a good quality slim metal frame for mounting a poster at a good price . The matt black aluminium item with acrylic glazing I found at The House Outfit was perfect and a good price. The whole transaction was fast, friendly and efficient - the item arrived as promised and was very well packaged. Will use them again for sure

Better than expected !
Bought two sets of framed prints from The House Outfit - purchased the second after receiving my first and seeing how good they looked in the ‘flesh’ excellent quality, range and service would definitely use again and recommend!

Gorgeous prints
I just wanted to say how gorgeous my prints where , I’d bought them originally for my bedroom but after receiving them they where far to nice to be just seen by me so they have a new home in the living room I’m so happy I chose the Lennon prints 1 2 and 3 colours are lovely and look so expensive framed although I did by my own frames
Delivery was quicker than expected The prints arrive very well packaged to protect them and luckily for me at the time I got 20% off I would not hesitate to buy from here again

Excellent customer service
Really pleased with my prints. Unfortunately one of the frames was slightly damaged. I sent an email to customer services, which I received a prompt response. Once I’d uploaded photos of the damaged frame,I received a replacement the next day! Excellent customer service.. would definitely recommend.

Slow on dispatching
Delivery says 2-5 working days but it’s always longer then this. It isn’t a postal service issue, it’s that they dispatch the items like 3 working days after the orders are placed. Would also prefer if they introduced next day delivery or tracked 24.

Thank you for your review - I'm sorry to hear that you have been dissatisfied with the despatch time on your orders. We quote a 2-5 working day delivery service for all orders but as our artwork is made and printed to order the exact timeframe for delivery within this 5 working days depends on the products ordered. Furthermore, if a customer makes us aware that their order has not arrived within this timeframe then we do refund the postage where possible.
All orders are shipped in date order of when they are placed unless we receive a specific request to prioritise delivery for a customer. We do offer a next working day delivery service and if a customer contacts us to request that their order is shipped as a priority we always try to facilitate this where possible.
As your review does not include your name or order number I haven't been able to check your details any further but if you'd like to discuss any issues you've had thus far please feel free to contact the team at customer.services@thehouseoutfit.com

Pictures look cheap no matter how hard I have tried to like them!
Had a problem with my order as everything originally arrived damaged. This was sorted easily and as well as a replacement I also got some money refunded. That’s what the two stars are for as there was no issue with customer services. Unfortunately the products themselves are very cheap quality and I really don’t think they are worth the price I have paid. We’ve only just hung them, lived with them for a couple of weeks but have removed them already as they just look cheap and nasty. Won’t be reordering due to the products rather than the service received.

Exceptional customer service
Ordered a print and a mount, delivery was super quick. Unfortunately, the wrong mount had been packed but Claire from customer service instantly responded to me to say they would send out the correct mount. It arrived the next day and it’s perfect. The quality is great 😊 wonderful customer service!

I recently ordered from The House Outfit (thehouseoutfit.com) and was really impressed overall. Their frames and prints are beautiful, high-quality, and exactly as advertised. I did encounter a minor issue with my order, but their customer service was fantastic—responsive, thoughtful, and quick to resolve the problem. It's clear they care about their customers, and the little touches like handwritten notes in the packaging really stand out. My items arrived well-packaged and look amazing in my home. I’d definitely recommend them and will be ordering again in the future! Four solid stars.

Great prices and quality
Great prices and quality. Amazingly responsive customer service. They also use FedEx and not Evri as couriers which meant the delivery was incredibly reliable, friendly and efficient too.

After checking out The House Outfit for…
After checking out The House Outfit for a while (as I couldn’t decide due to there being so many gorgeous prints to choose from, and I am very particular about items for my home ), I finally placed my order. After seeing my prints and frames I’ll definitely keep going back for more. I decided on 2 abstract prints and 1 typography print to make my own gallery wall. In the end I chose A1 with the black aluminium frames. The effect this artwork had on my living room is that it just completely “made” the room!
I’ve had so many compliments, and my family members are now ordering their choices of artwork from The House Outfit for their homes too. I would love to have pieces in every room and cannot wait to buy a canvas in the future.
Also when I initially placed my order I had picked smaller prints and frames but I contacted the company and spoke to Louise who kindly arranged my exchange without hesitation and was super friendly and helpful. The whole process was seamless and I would highly recommended this company 5*.

Terrible Customer Service
I have been waiting for the parcel for over three weeks. Customer service is slow and unresponsive. When I enquired regarding shipping details, they told me to check with the courier myself.
Courier subsequently did not reply and I had no way of tracking my parcel, in which the House Outfit only started replying once I pinged them (over 3-4 times). Highly recommend reconsidering purchasing from them if you are thinking of international deliveries.

We're sorry that you had a negative experience regarding your order to Singapore and it took so long to arrive. Based on the information the courier gave us, the delays were a result of an issue with your delivery address/contact information and although we tried to help resolve this for you I'd like to apologise that it was not able to be resolved sooner.
When you contacted us to tell us that you had not received your order, our customer services team contacted the courier on your behalf in order to try and get your parcel delivered - we also recommended that you reach out to the courier yourself as they had tried to contact you and been unable to.
Your tracking information was sent out via email and also provided to yourself in the emails with our customer services team, I'm sorry if you weren't able to track the parcel via this means - as your order was shipped to Singapore there are a few different couriers included in the shipping process so the updates can be shown in different places.
I can see that we contacted the courier to clarify your address and contact telephone number twice over the last few days as we have been liaising with yourself as well and the latest update shows your parcel was delivered today. If this is not the case please feel free to let us know so we can help to get this resolved for you.
We would also like to apologise that you felt we were unresponsive in replying to you, our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday and we have responded to the emails we've received from you within 1 working day.
Please accept our apologies again that there were issues with your order and the delivery, unfortunately any issues or delays with the courier are outside of our control and we tried to help resolve those problems for you but I understand your frustration at the amount of time it took for your parcel to arrive.
As we mentioned above the parcel now shows that it has been delivered but if you need any further help from us please don't hesitate to contact the team via email.
