Just back from a lovely break in Tenerife. My first time with this company so was a little wary, but needn’t have been at all. All was as stated at the booking stage and we had a great break in a lovely hotel suite. Flight times were good times and accommodation was really nice.
Jackson looked after the booking and talked us through each step & was very patient and answered all our questions in detail. Would certainly look here first for the next holiday.

Never book with this company on my arrival in Egypt I had no accommodation booked although I had the hotel voucher i had to pay for the first night as they refused to and it took until the following g afternoon before they offered an alternative hotel which was absolutely disgusting filthy dirty walls crumbling swimming pool green food in my supposedly clean room they have refused any compensation as it was too dirty to stay in and had to find alternate accommodation. I gave rang the company every week since my return in September and they make excuses everytime. They are blaming the third party company whom they booked the hotel with which is bookabed I can’t even get a contact number to get in touch with them.

I just came back from Morocco, first time using this company. Nigel was nice and good to explain everything. Good company, only disappointing thing is the hotel. I think they should do more better by checking with the costumers through reviews about the hotels.
