Excellent customer service and very fast delivery! I messaged their Instagram when having problems with my grass and they were more than happy to help and I felt they really cared about helping me solve my issue.

Would 100% use them again and would highly recommend to anybody.

So after zero growth over a period of 4 weeks and several emails with staggared responses from thegrasspeople the have refunded part of my order (Seed only) as apparently the dedicated fertiliser isn't covered! Make of this what you will and on the basis that I placed the order in good faith based on both items working hand in hand, you would have thought that they would have refunded everything rather than part of! I am not overly impressed regarding their customer service and would suggest thinking carefully before making a similar purchase. I agreed that I would remove the original one star review as that was the only way I could receive part of my original spend back, sounds like bl**m*** to me don't you think!

Most of the things about The Grass People are extremely good.
The website is professionally laid out with good links and copious detail.
I bought the product and have yet to fully put it to the test but I have high expectations that it will work.
My principal concern is that their phone lines are permanently closed (their words) which isn’t consumer friendly.
For example, David Austin do.
So, the only way to get to them is through social media and an email system.
I don’t use Social Media (one of the few!).
They do have the ubiquitous FAQ’s which are extremely detailed but if your question/problem doesn’t neatly fit in one of these FAQ’s it’s extremely frustrating not to be able to call someone.
The “trend” of businesses not allowing telephone interaction is cost driven but doesn’t suit everyone
However, there are some businesses who do offer this which some consumers prefer eg David Austin.
Given the nature of the product category The Grass People are in, which is quite complex, consumers will have questions.
More often than not these are “hybrid” questions which don’t necessarily have a simple answer.
This means you have to take a risk or you go elsewhere.
I have bought from them and am more than hopeful that all will be good.
But to satisfy my concerns I’ve had to go to my local Plant Centre to ask questions, which seems unfair.
Although they are no doubt are extremely professional, and my feelings won’t make any difference, I will look elsewhere in future.

I've always bought DIY shop grass seed and the results have been relatively so so. This summer I had to re-seed a complete lawn albeit small, but it is pretty shady in a about a quarter of the area. Planted the seeds (Cricket squares and wickets) after doing some research into Rye Grass and man did these grow. Planted 2 week of Sept, watered every night, was helped with showers some of the days and by the 5th Day the seeds had germinated. By day 7 obvious growth with an obvious sheen of green. 3 weeks and I've lush full growth of grass with everyone who sees it really impressed. You wont see me buying grass from a DIY shop that's for sure! Top notch product - came quick as well - matter of 2 days or so.

Bought their grass seed in the summer. Grew really well, great coverage and easy to apply. Just followed up with some questions about how to tackle a particular problem. Had an answer within a few hours, great advice. Really impressed

Needed some specialist grass seed for sandy soil. Arrived on time price reasonable post purchase communications good. And the grass seed grew really well in what is basically 90% sand

The Grass People are an excellent co. The grass seed was quickly delivered and such a fantastic product . Our grass is so spectacular that I just want to lie in it . Never seen grass like it . I had a combination of superstar and Steadfast shade .
Highly recommended

I hope this is the right company, as there are no other reviews present at this time. I have used them several times and the product and service every time has been fantastic. Easy recommendation.
