I got all the info I needed to select the ideal seed plus how to get the best growth. Delivery was seamless. My grass is looking so much better and is drought resistant. Happy Days!

I bought thrive grass seed and the appropriate pre seeding fertiliser as recommended by The Grass People to remedy the large patches of no grass from when I 1st sowed the area last autumn. This was sown during April and although we had a lack of rain the area sown was watered continuously to keep the seed moist and I did not allow it to dry out. Unfortunately we have had no joy with germination and the patches remain.

I’ve used Make it Green and Make it Grow for a few years now and can’t value it enough. Easy to mix and put down with my pressure sprayer. The results have been really impressive. I would recommend both products, so five stars from me.

Informative website, with a good range of products & excellent service. I ordered 2 lots of lawn seed at the start of Oct 2025:
[1] STEADFAST: Shade;
[2] IMPRESS: Clay Master.
The seed was sown immediately onto decades-old lawns, one N-facing, the other S-facing (Central Scotland). Seven months on, the results are impressive & I'll repeat the process, this year. Although the local Clyde Valley is not short of garden centres, it's not possible to find lawn seed with this specificity, so hats-off to The Grass People.

Seed didn’t Germinate correctly and customer service brushed me if with a load of nonsense regarding soil temp etc. I have been using them for years without problems and this is first bad batch and they refused to replace or refund , I will now use a different supplier that has better customer service.

This grass seed is so bad that even the birds do not like it!

Use last year NOTHING use this year and again NOTHING GROWING waste of money

I placed annorder for feed and weed and grass seed. At checkout it automatically processed the order without my input and then confirmed delivery to a house I have not lived in for 8 years! I immediately sent them an email to confirm the mistake, stop delivery to the wrong address and hopefully deliver to the correct address. The following day I received confirmation that they have shipped to the wrong address!! I have sent them 3 emails without response. There is no phone number for me to call them on! I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order! Not good!

Ordered seed, never received item. explained the situation to them that DHL delivered to wrong house, asked for refund multiple times and they kept trying sort it with DHL on my own time...

Once again asked for a refund, if its not given this time I will report via paypal and raise a dispute with paypal.

ARRANGE YOUR COLLECTION OF THEY FAILED DELIVERY ON YOUR OWN TIME, NOT MINE!

HAD TO RAISE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER ASKING MULTIPLE TIMES

I've used GrassPeople seeds for 2 years, and my experience is very good. It's a mix of grass and clover and fits well with the shade in the summer. I've tried many other solutions, but none worked as well.

Graas was delivered very quickly, even has a card to tell you how to grow the grass. I thought this was very good for people who know very little about gardening or lawns. Thank you guys so much.

If you want to receive about 5 phone calls a day from cold callers then definitely give the grass people your number
