It could have been better
I ordered on line a tutuer from the Foalyard. I waited several days for an an indication from them as to when I would receive the item but heard nothing. In the end I rang them and was advised that they would have to enquire with their suppliers and reply the next day, which they did and delivery was quite quick after that. I thought their communication about delivery should have been quicker initially.
When the tutuer was delivered, it was self assembly. I was disappointed to find part of it was bent so that it didn't fit together easily and there were areas of the metal that were not painted. These were all things that I was able to deal with but when I paid over £200 for the item I would have expected better.

We do try to make it clear on the product page that these items are often made to order and can take up to 20 working days to dispatch, but we fully appreciate that clearer communication at the outset would have been helpful — and we’re taking that on board.
We’re also very sorry to hear the tuteur arrived with a bent section and areas where the paint was missing. That’s certainly not the level of finish we expect from our supplier, and we regret that this affected your first impression. We’re glad to hear you were able to resolve the issues, but we completely understand your disappointment, especially given the price point.

Very nice craftsmanship
I am very pleased with my purchase. The tree guard fits around the tree perfectly and looks great. We have a very mischievous cat who liked to climb the tree. Particularly due to discovering a bird nest at the top. This works as a good deterrent whilst also looking nice. Looked at others on the market for a similar price but they were smaller and did not look as nice. Very easy to assemble and would definitely recommend. There was a slight delay in my order being built due to high demand but the communication from the company was excellent in keeping me informed So was not an issue. The delivery company was also very helpful and friendly. So it’s a definite 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Wine rack
I ordered a wine rack and was informed it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Due to unforeseen circumstances it took longer but they kept me informed and when it arrived in time for Father’s Day it was beautifully made and my Dad loves it. Liz and her team are amazing. I would definitely buy another item from them.
