Plantable Christmas Crackers
The plantable Christmas Crackers l ordered were a good price, cheaper than anywhere else, and I got a further 10% off. Delivery was quick, I ordered on 1/11 and they were delivered on the 4/11. I also received a lovely plantable thank you card, and you earn points on your order. I think these crackers will be very popular at Christmas lunch.

Good quality despite one a bit out of shape!
One of the plant supports was misshapened and looked like it had been constructed a little oddly. But I love all of them and hopefully once all in place, the shape won't be so obvious!

A testament to British craftsmanship and design
I was already delighted with the Freya Bird Crook which has been a wonderful addition to my front garden, so I decided to buy this 4-way Bird Crook Feeder. It is magnificent. I wonder why I ever bought the standard bird feeding stations from garden centres which need replacing regularly as they bend or fail. This is solid steel and will stand up to the prevailing westerly winds which hit my Northumberland back garden. It is a testament to British craftsmanship and design, it is beautiful and as I opted for the bare metal finish I'm looking forward to the natural rusting. I think this sturdy, yet elegant feeder will outlast me!

Excellent customer service
The customer service has been fenomenal. The planters I ordered turned out to be out of stock, with delay after delay to the arrival date. Liz and Christian could not have been more helpful, trying to find suitable alternatives. I decided to wait for the original planters, during the 4 month wait I had regular updates on the estimate delivery date. It was worth the wait, the planters are gorgeous and very pleased with my interaction with the foalyard.

Bit of a long story .....
Excellent service : Bit of a long story .....
I had been searching the web for an arch that was only a half as I wanted to attach directly to the house to frame the pathway. Also I wanted the ground spikes to go into a raised border not flush to the ground. I found what looked like a near solution in the "PoppyForge Buckingham Wall Fix Arch" but the sizes were wrong for my needs. I emailed them with the differences I needed and a very helpful lady Liz responded. She took time and effort to ensure what I was asking for was 1/. Possible and 2/. Accurate. We agreed and they quoted a price. Remember this is sold sight-unseen non-returnable (as bespoke to me) ... I had no previous dealings with this company but based on the engagement experience I was 100% confident they would deliver exactly as specified. They quoted 4-6 weeks ... but it came via DHL in super quick time and I have today completed the construction.
The product is self assembly and came in 2 boxes, all the items were included, every piece fitted perfectly together and the dimensions I'd specified were spot on. The quality of the workmanship is excellent as is the Antique Black finish I requested. As someone who is a bit of a perfectionist I confidently give them 5/5 as they delivered in all aspects.
