Absolutely shocking experience with…
Absolutely shocking experience with Orsina. Ordered a dining table which arrived damaged. Arranged return of item which was collected 9th April and still no sign of my refund. Have emailed numerous times with no response and 2 phones calls, each being told my refund would be processed that day.
Having to now take action with my bank due to recover my money and will be contacting trading standards as this company is utterly disgraceful.

Buyer Beware
I received my refund! I had ordered a clock, which after almost 6 weeks, I never received. Despite several calls and emails, I never had a response from Orsina, nor any indication that my item had been despatched. Communication was nonexistent. Eventually, I got through to a member of staff who organised a refund. In the meantime, I had been forced to raise a fraud case with my credit card company (which I can now close). Since posting this review I have received several calls from Zoe who works in Orsina’s customer service department and she has been very helpful in ensuring my refund was processed. Although I now have my refund and can put this behind me it would have so much better if I had this great customer service when I first raised the alarm. I still don’t have a clock and have wasted six or seven weeks of my life on this. Honestly - while I am grateful to Zoe for her help after posting my review, I am still really unimpressed with Orsina and will not be shopping with them again. I just need to find a new mantle clock……

AVIOD!!! Customer service is absolutely shocking! I received the item that was much different to what was advertised on the website and straight away asked to return it waited days for a reply, bearing in mind we only have 14 days to return, I rang them for a lady to lie and say she has already sent them, I said no I have not received anything for them to say they had sent it to the wrong email address, I finally get the label and send it the same day and I am still yet to receive a refund or notification from them to say they have received the item or processed the refund! They are now ignoring my messages and phone calls. Not a good company.

Buyer beware
I wish to notify potential customers that I am very disappointed with my level of response and service from Orsina and I now seriously doubt the reputable nature of this company.
A customer focussed organisation would wish to resolve a new customer’s issue as soon as possible, and in doing so, secure their potential repeat custom and the customer’s valuable word of mouth advertisement and/or social media reviews.
My experience to date is most frustrating. I have bought (online) a wooden vanity unit to the value of £199 and in return, Orsina provided a damaged /unfit for purpose set of self-assembly panels, which cannot be used or constructed due to 5 of the panels being damaged. I have provided timely, photographic evidence of the damage and yet I feel that I am now being ignored, despite telephoning and repeated emails to their (lack of) customer service team. Quite honestly, shame on Orsina!
I remain expectant to resolve but not hopeful and £199 is a large sum to lose.
Don’t buy from them!

Tried to place an order. Money was taken but no email was sent confirming the order. I emailed them three times to complain and they just say they have no record of an order but they are too incompetent to see that unallocated payment must be sat on their sales ledger !

Excellent Customer Service
The product I purchased from Orsina was lovely but just didn’t look right in my room (completely my fault) and therefore I had to return the items. I had absolutely no issues returning the items. The whole procedure from start to finish was easy an I was assisted by an excellent representative called Zoe. I would definitely purchase from Orsina again.

Very efficient
I recently used Orsina and found them to be very efficient both in terms of getting me the product and then unfortunately I had to return the product as it was not quite right and everything handled by Zoe was vey quick and efficient. I would not hessitate to use them again

Absolutely awful company to deal. Firstly quality of product dreadful then they make so much fuss with return. Posted items ages ago, still no refund. Rebecca not even answering email anymore! Avoid!!!

Yours seems quite a biased version of the situation so I’m detailing the facts – it’s all on email so it will be easy for you to verify:
24th Feb – chairs arrived
24th Feb – I asked to return them
25th Feb – you replied suggesting I exchange them
25th Feb – I replied saying I’d like to return them
26th Feb – I followed up to you again asking to return them
27th Feb – you replied to me, an exact repeat of your message of the 25th Feb
28th Feb – I contacted you via your chat function and not email in case I could get information on how to return the chairs
2nd March – you replied to me saying that you’d sent details on how to return but you hadn’t
2nd March – I replied to you saying that I didn’t have any information on how to return them
2nd March – you replied to me asking for photos of the chairs
2nd March – I replied to you saying that your request for photos was 7 days after my initial return request and that the chairs had been boxed up for 7 days – for the info of any readers the chairs need to be assembled so leaving it unboxed wasn’t an option
2nd March - I called the number on your website 0141 737 4022 - no answer
3rd March – 8 days after my request to return, you tell me to choose a day Mon to Fri between 9 and 4.30pm
4th March – I ask for Monday 9th March
5th March – I ask for Monday 9th March
6th March – I ask for Monday 9th March
I don’t receive a reply from you
6th March - your reply to me on Trustpilot but spin the situation to make me look unreasonable when you requested images and blame this for the delay
6th March - Zoe calls me and we confirm collection for the 9th March
9th March - I wait in 9am to 4.30pm for your courier - your courier does not arrive

Do not recommend
I've been trying for 7 days to get them to send me details on how to return some chairs and they keep repeating holding emails and using delaying tactics ie today 7 days after requesting to return I've been asked to photograph an item that has to be assembled, well it's boxed up to return to you obviously - when I call the number for customers services on their website it just says 'canceled' and hangs up. Sincerely worried they've gone into receivership hence have been using these delay tactics - very bizarre behaviour from them. Dealing with a Rebecca.

Unfortunately the goods I ordered were damaged in transit but I was really pleased with the response from customer support (Zoe James) a choice of discount, replacement or refund was given by Zoe very quickly.
I would recommend this company to anyone

Great customer service from William
I ordered a beautiful clock from their website which arrived very quickly however it was damaged on arrival. I emailed the Orsina team and William was so helpful. He resolved my issue straight away and sent me a brand new clock without having to send the faulty one back. He was very polite and helpful and I really appreciated how quickly and easily my issue was dealt with! Great company and William is an asset to the team, thanks so much again will be shopping here in the future.
