Looking for a caddy/storage for the…
Looking for a caddy/storage for the bathroom. Found something that fit perfectly but unfortunately, the gap between the shelves were a touch too short. The returns process is more involved as there isn't an online portal to simply request a refund/exchange. Can't complain though, it was simple to contact customer service. A few emails back and forth to have the package collected from home. Daniel Wood from the Orsina Team was a tremendous help through the whole process. The overall experience was decent but would advise certainty before buying anything.

I am afraid the product did not live up to expectations but I would like to mention how helpful the customer care staff were, in particular Adam Alex who kept in touch and kept me informed through 2 returns and a refund. I would shop here again for that reason.

Orsina cabinet problem - but excellent customer service.
Construction of my cabinet was made of strong material, however there was a problem. But after contacting Orsina I received a quick and helpful response from Daniel Wood.
We then spoke on the phone and Daniel helped to facilitate a fair and quick resolution to the problem. thank you Daniel.

Good customer service and OK quality
After an initial poor review customer service stepped up and managed to deliver everything in good time and in good order. The items are nice especially the side tables. A couple of other things like the shoe racks not as sturdy as they look in the picture but acceptable quality. I would buy again from them.

Ordered an item that arrived faulty. Emailed customer Service and Daniel Wood replied with options on how they could resolve it. I found this company very efficient with really good customer service. Problem was resolved with a couple of days. Would buy off them again

I bought a clock from this company and when it arrived it didn't work so I emailed the company and without hesitation they sent me another which works beautiful the guy I dealt with called Adam was on his game knew his job I will defo be purchasing from this company again in the near future

Awful Company
Order number 15448. If I could have given 0 stars I would have done. I was interested in purchasing a JOLIE - SILVER MIRRORED ROUND SIDE TABLE WITH HOURGLASS FIGURE at £98.95. I called & spoke with someone at Orsina on Monday 6th July & they confirmed delivery of the item a few days later on Friday 10th July & I received the item the following week on Thursday 16th July - the person I spoke with on Monday 6th July provided misleading information regarding the delivery date. On receipt of the item it became obvious to me that the item was used due to black marks and damage to the top rim of the table. The table was also very poorly made and looked terribly cheap. I asked the 2 delivery guys to return the used item to Orsina and they took the item away with them after asking me if I would be happy to keep the item if I received a discount, which I declined. I received a full refund 4 days after the delivery date on 20th July. I subsequently found the same item on furnitureinfashion.net reduced from £59.95 to £39.95 (which I did not purchase). I do not trust this company and will not order from them again.

If i could give zero stars I would
If i could give zero stars I would. I was appalled by the resolution, especially considering the item was faulty. I was happy to return the items, but now i have to deal with broken glasses, a wine stained rug, and a faulty item that can no longer be used -- and i still have to pay for it. I have never experienced this lack of customer service, especially for a fault in their product. I am surprised people still shop here.
