Following placing my order online
Following placing my order online, I was contacted by the company to advise that the design on one of the mugs (of 2) which formed part of my order had changed and did I want one of each of different designs or 2 of the new design. I made my decision and received my total order a few days later. How I credibly well packed, there would be no chance of breakages. Delighted with the service and the product.

Good morning Jaskiran,
We are sorry to hear that you are un happy, Please can you elaborate on why you feel your purchase was not good value for money?
I have just checked over our emails after being away for the Christmas break and can see no direct emails from yourself where we would have been happy to help and resolve any issues you feel you are having.
We are a small family run business and pride ourselves on our customer service and we will almost certainly always do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
