I ordered my chestnut roaster and fork at lunchtime, and it arrived less than 24 hours later! Super quick service and the goods arrived well packaged, and in good order.

The Robert Welch Cast Iron Nutcracker is a really well made product. Heavy, solid, feels good, and does the job perfectly.

Excellent quality.
Arrived within a few days of ordering, Weights were well packaged and really good quality. Delighted with my purchase. `Having always had Imperial weights and having to convert metric recipes into imperial - I really don't know why I didn't invest in Metric weights sooner!

Excellent
Excellent. Unfortunately royal mail sent my package to wrong address, however the lovely lady here arranged a refund with no issue at all, and made it a pleasure to shop here, which I will do again in the near future and hopefully Royal mail will sort out their delivery issues.

Thank you Angus, that really is a lovely review and we very much appreciate it. :)
Brilliant company & products
The best cast iron pans at a good price.
We have a large cast iron pan that is a work horse in our kitchen, its about 4 maybe 5 years old and needs little maintenance, just a light clean and oil and its good to go.
We wanted a smaller pan so ordered direct from Victor, it arrived when promised and is now my go to frying pan.
Highly recommend this company and their products.

Thank you so much, Paul, for that lovely review. What is brilliant about cast iron is that with the right care it should last a lifetime. It also becomes more stick resistant with use, so can be a useful alternative to non-stick pans.
