Cornish Hamper Store Omdömen

Easy to order and arrange the date for delivery. Good communication when the hamper was on its way. Beautifully package and presented. It was a gift for my parents 71st wedding anniversary and they were delighted with it. I'm very happy to recommend this company and their delicious products.

On time and efficient

Always excellent quality, food & delivery on time . Fair priced.
I have saved time in looking fir gifts for my family & friends by sending them a beautiful Hamper.

The contents were absolutely delicious in the whole transaction was done very smoothly and satisfactory thank you

I ordered a hamper for my granddaughter who’s in the Army as a surprise treat !!! It was delivered on the morning of the day I ordered it for, was notified too !! So I sent her her a photo of the delivery but she had no idea what her present was !! She was over the moon with it and said she was going to sit and eat it while watching a movie!! 🥳🥳 She’d been hiking in the Welsh mountains that day and said she was starving and couldn’t wait to start eating it !!??!! I ordered the one with Cornish fudge and biscuits so it would last a bit longer ??!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Arrived on the Day I asked for.Good quality and price.Highly recommended.

Cracking stuff! Easy to order, sent to my Dad for his his 85th Birthday! Delivered on date requested! My dad said is it was lovely and fresh! Perfick!

All the products in the hamper are of excellent quality and there is something for everyone. The hampers are of exceptional quality and excellent value for money. The delivery is also 5 star. Nothing to complain about. It was a present for a 50th birthday and much appreciated

Ordered pasty and Scones Hamper for my Nephews Birthday
He and his wife loved the gift which they thought was quirky yummy and soon in their tummy 😁

Great communication throughout, from order to delivery. Great products & so good that you can build your own hamper as not everyone likes the same things. Delivered on time ~ this is my 3rd order with this company & perfection every time ! Highly recommend & will be buying again in the future.

Bought a hamper for my parents 61st Wedding Anniversary! Well what do you buy for them! They were truly delighted with the gift. Also brought back happy memories of a camping holiday in Cornwall back in the 70’s when we lived on pasties and cream teas! So thank you for making a special couple very happy. Will be back for more!

I have been with this Company for several year - always a good quick service and the pasties are just like my Mum used to make!

Arrived on time.
Well worth the money.
Very nice and well set out.
Will definitely be ordering again.

I love the Cornish hamper store and have had pasties from them for years. Always great and delivery superb. A*

Historically the CHS pasties are excellent and the product rates 5 stars. However the use of APC as a delivery courier is an absolute disaster. This most recent order was shipped for next day delivery (due yesterday) and I waited in all day, eventually emailing APC who said that delivery would be made Thursday (today) - schedule informed mid-morning today for 14.48 to 16.48 window. Waited at home again. APC updated their site by 17.00 saying there would be a delay, the van showing on their map some 8 miles away at the time. By 18.00 the van showed as being back in their depot and "delivery has been delayed" shown with no indication of when it might take place. By now the frozen shipping must be thawed and unusable. This is my third recent APC disaster with Cornish Hamper Store deliveries. The previous shipping arrived with the polystyrene packing seriously damaged and contents part thawed. Before that APC failed to deliver my order and claimed to have lost the shipment for three days and I believe might eventually have been returned to Cornwall.

Each time I have had to wait in and then to spend hours trying to sort out the mess. (Starting the saga again tomorrow, I regret to say.)

I am not prepared to go through the trauma of dealing with any company that uses such an unreliable delivery service so regrettably will not be ordering from CHS again, despite being a returning customer over several years.

Ordered hamper for family gift and tracking said it was out for delivery Tuesday but it was sat in Royal Mail sorting hub all day. Emailed company and they recalled it and sent a new one with a different delivery company which arrived on time. Used this company several times and never disappointed with recipient comments. So all good with them but Royal Mail are useless.

I bought this as a present for my son and daughter in law for their wedding anniversary. They loved it as I knew they would. I have previously bought the hampers with the scones and biscuits etc but not the pasties before. It went down very well with them . Great value for money.

Really lovely hamper, quick and easy to order with good price points.
Delivered exactly as I asked and on time. Such a great idea for a gift

I ordered a cream tea hamper for my friend on Sunday afternoon to be delivered Tuesday, then found out that my friend is away on a cruise! I sent an email first thing the very next morning to ask them to reschedule, and then sent a message via their website, asking the same again. Then I emailed on Tuesday to ask if they could please let me know if they had received my email. Not a peep out of them, and they have no contact phone number. Today I received an email to ask if I'm enjoying my purchase! I have no idea if its sitting on my friend's doorstep (I didn't get a delivered email) but will all be rotten in two weeks. Very disappointed at the lack of communication.

Food is lovely. Reminds me of being back in Cornwall.
Pasties wonderful, saffron buns and Hevva buns a great additional treat.
