Purchased a scone and Cornish pasty hamper for my partners 40th birthday it came on the day I requested, and was absolutely beautiful.
I would have said it was nicely presented if it had not had been for the smashed up box with a ripped corner, Luckily the contents were not damage. The box, card and contents were damp and soggy and looked like it had been kicked around the delivery depo before being delivered.
The food was delicious despite this , i would order again despite the box issue as it’s not a reflection on the food and contents received. Would recommend to friends and family was a nice little touch to his birthday suprise.

Not the experience I expected...
I have used this company twice before and have had no issues.
However, I ordered a Cornish Afternoon Tea for my uncles 70th birthday.
The order process was fine as usual, with my required date being available. The issue was with the delivery. The parcel was delivered open, with doorbell footage showing the driver putting it on the step opened. The scones and pasties were squashed, the biscuits all broken and the jam was missing.
Such a shame which put a bit of a dampener on my uncles birthday.
I will now think twice before I use this company again.

Fantastic customer service
Despite delivery problems outside their control, Amelia and Kaitlin did everything possible to ensure the prompt delivery of some gluten free pasties to my elderly mother, and went well beyond what could reasonably be expected. On top of that the pasties are extremely well packed, expertly made, and great value. My mother is an expert Cornish pasty maker so her seal of approval is high praise indeed.
