Brilliant service from The cleaning doc, and I’ll be entrusting the rest of my designer clothing with them. They had an Amir and Balenciaga top, both picked up and delivered back to me immaculately. 100% would recommend using if you have expensive clothing and want to keep it looking new.

Terrible service
Terrible service, would seriously avoid at all costs.
They promised so many things to me with repairs and cleaning and yet non of these things were met. One item I sent in was a Canada goose wyndham which needed a small repair and what they ended up doing was sewing a random stitch near the logo to cover up a small defect. It now looks absolutely terrible
In terms of the cleaning, one of the jackets was cleaned quite well and I was well pleased with. All the other jackets, however, came back looking the exact same. Awful service

With regards to your items, all three jackets were extremely well worn (numerous rips on the jacket body, cuffs and with wear marks) and heavily stained. At TheCleaningDoc, we do like to challenge ourself! However, customers are always informed on the cleaning process required, extent of cleaning and risks involved in repairing garments.
With your garments, once informed you was happy for us to proceed and approved on the solution.
Throughout the cleaning/repairing process we provided videos/pictures to update you on the items, to ensure you was happy with the progress.

The cleaning doc was very professional and friendly.
The cleaning doc was very professional and friendly and always gave updates on what was happening with your item. The coat i sent in was trashed beforehand then after i got it back from the cleaning doc it was spotless and felt brand new again, would 100% recommend to anyone who needs this service.

Don’t use anyone else but The Cleaning Doc
I was recommended The Cleaning Doc and I wasn’t disappointed. They recently cleaned my Canada Goose coat which had previously been cleaned by another high street company and I was left so disappointed. The Cleaning Docs made it look new again. So along with great communications and the personal collection and delivery service it was excellent

I’ve used many dry cleaning companies in the past however these guys are a different class. The service & communication is top tier.
When spending so much on designer clothing nowadays, don’t make the mistake but getting it cleaned by an inexperienced company just to save a few quid. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for & the peace of mind you get with the cleaning Doc is priceless.

I wouldn’t trust my designer gear with anyone else. They have cleaned all my Canada goose items and brought them all back amazingly!
Excellent service from arranging collection to dropping the garments back off.
I can’t recommend them enough! They take pride in all their work, you just need to see their Instagram to see this.

The cleaning doc has done wonders on my jacket that I wouldn’t thought would be brought back to life. They have proved me wrong.
I also posted out to them which also made it really easy. The communication with the cleaning doc is outstanding!

Great service !
I’ve used cleaning doc recently for a designer Indian lengha. I was extremely worried about getting the piece cleaned as it’s very delicate however they cleaned it perfectly and sent me update pictures along the way. I’ve since sent in more items which they have again cleaned perfectly

Amazing service! From the minute I contacted the company, they kept me fully informed of the process of cleaning my item. This totally reassured me it was the right place to take my designer bag for a clean. They kept me fully updated and also sent me pics/videos. Retuned the item in perfect condition! Best place to go for your high end designer items!

Amazing service!
Amazing service and really good value for money. I bought a new Givenchy jumper and within two days my friend spilt her cocktail all over it. Amrina was really helpful and knowledgeable about how to get the stain out. Within a few days she’d got the jumper back to brand new condition and it now looks amazing. Will definitely go back in the future to clean more of my designer garms.
