Please please do not be fooled by instagram and avoid these guys (when you write anything negative, they delete the comments and then block you). Their approach it to blast your clothes with the harshest possible chemicals, without trying to preserve the integrity of delicate fabrics. The result: an £800 dress returned to me looking like a cat has scratched it. Save yourself the money and heartache. I have had to make a formal complaint and will have no choice but to report them to trade standards and start a claim if they continue to not respond…

They revived my white LV tee that had some horrible stains I couldn’t get out myself. Definitely worth the price, you get what you pay for!

This is an excellent company, fast, really good at what they do and have great customer service with honesty and follow up from start to finish. I came in with a never cleaned Gucci cap that looked like ready for the trash.. I sent it from Norway and boom, one week later it’s on my head again looking great.

I’ve used cleaningdoc for some while now and honestly can say there services get better every time . There communication is spot on , always keeping me up to date on how everything’s going . Also the time it takes from when you send out your clothing to it being ready to send right back out to you is exceptional , can’t thank the team enough for everything

I would not hesitate to recommend The Cleaning Doc company for removing a coffee stain from my favourite Karen Millen coat I received great service and they communicated with me at every stage so helpful professional and friendly and because we thought the stain could not be removed they have done such an amazing job I am so pleased thank so much and I will be able to continue in wearing my favourite coat.

Used these guys a few times for my coats, hoodies and t shirts, never disappointed and clothes come back looking brand new!

The prices they charge are absolutely ridiculous. I called a few weeks ago to see if they could get a few LITTLE stains out of my t shirt which was a F label on the wash tag. I spoke to them and was quoted around 60-70£ which I thought was so expensive but they told me how good they are how many followers they have on instagram and too be honest on there page there finish products do look good so I thought I’d give them a try. Once I sent my t shirt in all of a sudden it’s was really bad and said that it’s been washed ect, they sent me a few pictures stating they are struggling with a few stains, at the end of it they ended up charging me £100 😂. £48 for my specific t shirt and £52 for the ‘extra care’. They didn’t get all the stains out so what was the extra £52 for? What’s the initial £48? Just to look at the t shirt. All they are bothered about is how good they look on instagram and love to tell you how many followers they have. They put a video up on there page of my t shirt stating it was over £1000 😂. It wasn’t at all. They wouldn’t charge me £100 if it was a £20 non brand t shirt. They only did it because it was a Louis Vuitton one. Don’t fall for there tricks honestly. If they have returning customers I’ll be shocked. There prices are absolutely insane. I’m sure they’ll reply with how bad the t shirt was ect.. it wasn’t at all. If any dry cleaners see this they will know that no t shirt being washed justify £100.

UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY. your team didn’t ask me if I was okay with the ‘extra’ care. I asked you for a price at the end once it was all done and you told me so you’re just a liar. Also please take that post down on your instagram of my blue Louis Vuitton T-shirt starting it was a £1,139 t shirt when it wasn’t. You’re lying to your follower. Thanks

I contacted The Cleaning Doc as I had had a bloodstain on my MOB dress I need to wear in June. From start to finish, this company were friendly, helpful, honest and kept in contact throughout the process. I cannot praise them enough and the stain was completely removed. I called them last Friday, sent it off Saturday, it was back in my home as good as new today, just one week later. Absolutely excellent service throughout. Would totally recommend!! I recently had my coat cleaned by The Cleaning Doc, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process, with regular updates at each stage—from cleaning through to return delivery.

I have to admit, I was a little worried at first about whether the service would live up to the great reviews I had read, especially since I absolutely love this coat. However, I’m delighted to say that when I received it back, it looked as good as new.
