I highly recommend using thecleaningdoc to get your designer items dry cleaned 5 star service great communication very polite, quick collection and delivery. The coats I got dry cleaned came back looking and smelling brand new. I wont be going anywhere else to get my items dry cleaned. 5 star service throughout the whole process.

One word...remarkable!
Managed to restore my most loved Moncler jacket! Having been sitting in my cupboard for the past year, and worrying about having it cleaned and repaired, little did I know TheCleaningDoc was right at my finger tips.
TheCleaningDoc lifted a heavy drink stain from my cream Moncler, without tarnishing the quality. I was mesmerised!
Having a slight split at the cuff of my jacket, TheCleaningDoc managed to discover this, and repair it for me, off their own back! I was astonished by thier use of initiative.
Honestly, such amazing customer service. The team promptly replied to my messages, to having my item picked up and dropped off in no time, back in my wardrobe. My most loved Moncler had come back to life! Will definitely be recommending and using again!

Absolutely flabbergasted
I live in Birmingham for uni, and have had a Gucci scarf sitting in my wardrobe for ages, they kindly picked it up for me and restored it back to its originally quality, they lifted heavy makeup stains and brought back the colour. I’m so impressed, lovely people and great customer service. 100% recommend and will be using this service regularly

Absolutely amazing services
Absolutely amazing services, my sons jacket had alcohol stains on it. The Cleaning Doc bought it back to life. Jacket is like new. Brilliant service from these guys, friendly and kept us updated on what was happening with our product. Always get back your Messages quickly. Definitely will be using them again!

No other dry cleaners like the cleaning doc!!!!
Over the years I have really struggled in finding a dry cleaner that specialises in luxury clothing, leaving me resorted to giving it to mediocre dry cleaners such as timpsons and Johnson, which I’ve never been satisfied with there service and quality of dry cleaning. I came across the cleaning doc on Instagram and thought it looked very professional and seen they have cleaned such a variety of luxury garments. So I thought I’d drop them a message and take a chance, cause I was really baffled on how they revitalised some coats and cleaned some absolutely filthy items!
From my message I instantly got a response, and the team was very professional and polite and really explained everything to me, as I was abit sceptical about handing over my items to them at first as I’m old fashioned and like to talk face to face.
However, through speaking with them I could tell they knew there stuff and really put me at ease! I send over pics of my items and got a price for it all, which i was more then happy with as it included collection and delivery and arranged a collection date. They then came to collect the items later on in the week when I was free and was extremely polite and informative, what I really appreciated about the whole process was the constant updates I was receiving which left me assured my items are safe and in good hands.
Upon receiving my items, I was left AMAZED, my items came back brand new and I couldn’t believe it, they looked as if they was taken and swapped for a brand new one!!!! Never did I think I could be that happy and shocked over receiving some items after they have been dry cleaned. But I guess there’s a first time for everything.
So I believe it’s safe to say that cleaning doc is not only a professional polite and informative team, but they really do make miracles happen with revitalising clothes to look like they are brand new. Even items I’ve spilled wine on they have somehow worked there magic.
I can’t recommend this business enough in what they do, as I believe they are the best at it BY FAR and since, ditched all other dry cleaners and only use them now.
