This is a SCAM website. Bought two hardcover books. Not dispatched and apparently bought eBooks. I have never heard of a hardcover eBook that requires a shipping address. Customer Service only exclusively answers by email if you try to phone. They do not answer emails. Buyer beware - Do not buy from this site.

Zero stars if available. Just realised I’ve been scammed by this company. What a disgrace they are, despite selecting hardback they’ve still sent a download link - no response from the company

Purchased a hardback book with free postage and received a download link instead. Emailed the company to be told I ordered a digital copy which i didn’t and digital copies can’t be refunded. Please avoid. Like many on here I wish I read the reviews of this company before purchasing. Will be going through my bank for a refund.

Ordered a hardback book, they sent another email stating it was a download and there was a link which did not work to download the book. Emailed customer services to be told I ordered a download which I did not (when I actually ordered a hardback). No sign of download. Paid company money for nothing, DO NOT USE. I've since looked at reviews and wished I'd done this befroe I oarted with my money. SCAMMERS

I ordered a hardcover book but was sent a link for a download. When I reached out to customer service for a refund or for them to correct the error, they said they couldn’t do anything. I don’t even want to use the link they sent as I am not sure if it’s legit.
Definitely would NOT recommend them.

This is a scam and a bad experience. Ordered two hardback books to give as gifts and gave shipping address, etc. Emailed straight back with a pdf download link. No book. Contacted the company who said that this was detailed in the order confirmation where they say download but by then the money has gone and there is no way to state you want a hardback. When asked for a refund they said I had already received the goods as a download link and they have no hardbacks to ship. Hopefully my credit card company will be able to help out.

My bank had to cancel my card! otherwise the same payment would be taken out monthly etc! Which I did not authorize! Ordered hard back as others have said. No response to emails ! Monies gone to Poland company phone number in Northampton not Leeds!

Oh, I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from this disgraceful company! I too had ordered a hardback and only received a link, when I emailed their error I was also told it was my error, but now having read these reviews IT WAS A SCAM! I will contact trading standards But in the meantime DO NOT USE THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!

Scammers you won’t receive a book when they advertise a hardcover.. hope they rot in hell

Purchased a hardback copy of a book, only received a link to a PDF / download. After emailing I was told no refund available as it was my mistake.

Unfortunately I got scammed too. I did get a response but basically saying I had ordered an e book I sent screenshots of the hardcover book etc but it’s a scam.

I was mislead, I believed I was purchasing a hard copy of a cook book, instead I got the digital download, the company even advertised free postage. Nobody answers the phone, they respond by email only and tell me I ordered the wrong format! They are not a book company at all and are based in Poland, my bank told me all this, I am currently fighting to get my money back.

Their advertising is TOTALLY misleading. You are led to believe that you're ordering a hard back covered book.... and then they send you a link to download an online version! A TOTAL SCAM. I do believe in karma and this company will one day face the consequence of their despicable operating procedure. But in the meantime, people PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. You have been warned.
P.S. I paid using my credit card, Barclaycard and explained to them what had happend. BARCLAYCARD were excellent 👍 and credited the money within days. So, if you've been scammed try getting in touch with your card issuer and tell them you've been scammed.

It’s false advertising.
I screenshot my order as a hardback book order (as I’ve made this mistake before when ordering off a different company my fault then)
But this time I double checked and took a photo of what I ordered..
When my invoice came through, it said a download. When you try contacting the company their phone number does not work and the email gives you a reply the same over and over and over again they are not listed on company house website. Do not order from this company.

Liars! Advertised a hardcopy and sent a download! Ripped off 😭

Shocking company!!!
Says you are purchasing a hard copy book and actually you are getting a digital download.
Shouldn't be allowed to operate!

This company are scammers.
The books are digital only.
It advertises the books as hardback but they're digital.

Book was described as hard cover but received digital download. Queried with company but just told I had purchased a digital book. No reply to me asking them to show me where it said it was digital. Judging from the bank statement the payment went to Poland not an English company. AVOID!

The book purchased was described as a hard cover with free delivery. Only once payment was made did it transpire that a digital download had been purchased, at no point previous to this was this key fact disclosed.
Upon questioning their customer support I was told I had bought a digital download, which I of course knew, but I did not want. I explained this but received no further response.
Please be aware that this website is dishonest and misleading about its products and there will be no comeback once you have sent your payment.
