Had a non fault accident on the first day of my car insurance with thaAA I had not even paid my first month's premium the help I received was fantastic.I have not had to make a claim in over 30 years and was dreading getting in touch with them but they made it so easy and unstressful

Not much communication at times whilst going through my claim. Courtesy car included,but the paperwork you need to go through is ridiculous,page after page and jumping through hoops just to receive a replacement car, infuriating especially when the accident wasn't your fault.also you get what your given car wise.

Easy to deal with the claim, good price for the service they offered. I will buy the same policy with them if they won't increase because of my non-fault claim.

AA dealt with all matters in a speedy manner

Awful experience!! A dog ran out in front of our car, was hit, and caused the pedestrian protection in the bonnet to activate. This raises the bonnet at the back and obscures vision, so the car is not able to be driven. At the side of the road we phoned the AA and were advised to use Accident Assist. We were told recovery would be within 90 minutes. It actually took 3.5 hours. I was sold this cover, as hassle free, I would not need to contact my insurance company and would be given a courtesy car, so that I could still go to work. The Steer group in Weston-s-Mare called me Monday morning (the accident was on a Saturday) and from the start of the conversation there was confusion. I was told that she did not know how to deal with AA claims and that she would contact another office and get back to me. After several conversations, I was told I needed to contact my insurance company myself - I queried this, but was told this was the procedure. When I did this my insurance company said they would not deal with the AA and did not provide a report (which is what the Steer group were asking for) I went round in circles for several days, still with no car and having to take time off of work. As I had no choice I instructed my insurance company to take over the repair of the car and my claim, to them be told by the AA that I would be responsible for the recovery fee!!! Customer service were no help and I am frustrated beyond belief

The AA in general worked well to process my claim to a good outcome. But unfortunately my wife and I I had to wait 5 hours on the motorway hard shoulder for recovery by the AA,s sub-contractor.

I used Accident assist for the first time as I had seen it advertised. I am so glad I did. Easy from start to finish, everything was organised for me and I was kept fully informed all the time.

Excellent service and very good communication throughout which put me at ease and less stressed

A shambles from start to finish. Failed promises, lost control of CoPart and lost interest once my car was taken away expecting CoPart to resolve all issues.
Never got the correct spec of hire car and finally left it parked up for 5 weeks as I hated driving it.
Disgusted to see CoPart had my car for sale BEFORE I received my final payout.

I received good support, advice and empathy from first contact during what I felt a difficult situation.
They were pleasant, professional and showed good knowledge throughout the unpleasant experience.
Because of this I never dreaded having to get in touch with them.

All excellent apart from the car replacement service.

The claim was easy to make, the repair process was OK, was kept informed at all times.

As far as the claim handling by AA was fine. However, they company (Fast Track) asked to carry out the repair have not not completed the repairs and sent the car back. Though they have been informed about this, there has been no follow up to when or if the final repairs will be completed.

From the initial call to receiving my vehicle back it was myself who had to chase to keep the repair going not impressed
