Shop supposedly in Melbourne but goods came from China. Chiffon pants suits...fabric under top layer of pants cut off at the knee to save fabric so see through top layer shows shorts underneath rather than long pants. No lables. Shoes, supposedly orthopedic are not and roughly made, not fit for planned purpose. They both fit.

SCAM site!! Parcel took 2 weeks to get here and products are absolutely terrible quality, wouldn’t even put this in a clothing bin. False advertising of “high quality” materials, when they arrive there are no clothing labels, poorly packaged and awful material. Shows a jacket normally priced at $495 marked down to $99 - in reality worth 50c!!!

Absolutely disgusting quality! Do not recommend you spend money on this inferior quality. No labels, sizing isn't even close to what is advertised. This "shop" is a scam! Do not recommend you spend money here!

I strongly don’t recommend anyone to buy from this website. It lies, the website saying closing down today , apparently the shop uses to attract customers to buy. I clicked a buying button by accident and emailed their customer service straight away to cancel my order on 29/7/26.They used the excuse that order being processed in the system, order couldn’t be cancelled. I had to wait for receiving order then contact them for return. I still haven’t received the order by today.(6 days). From the shipping information, I feel this shop gets cheap products from Taobao in China.

Poor quality clothing without labels and not as advertised (no resemblance to the pictures). Avoid at all costs.

Quality sucks. Customer service is even worse.
Avoid this "company". Scammy.

Scam is in United States shop opened 2026 and closed warning do not buy here .

A surprise moment, I’ve just received an email from tessabayside saying that their products are made to quality standards etc etc but offer to investigate the issue if I provide good quality photos of the items. The email is very heard to read as it has been overwritten but I’ll give it a go, maybe I’ll get my $164 back!?,!!!???? Doubt it

I bought a 'merino' sweater. It arrived without any sizing label, care label or any identifying information...all breaches of ACCC guidelines. I chose the size from the sizing guidelines which were ridiculous! My 'merino' sweater would fit a 10 year old child. The invoice noted that I paid $59 ,when in fact I paid $79... something dodgy going on there. Need reporting again; oh wait, they are closing down (hmmm😒).

Items received nothing like what was shown. Ordered cashmere jumper! At best what turned up was a long sleeve tee with all tags cut off. I don’t think there was a thread of cashmere. Return system a nightmare, be aware returns have to be returned to china of which is a cost at your expense. There has been a number of emails back and forth. Very very reluctant to give return details. First offer was 10% and I could keep the goods. Second offer was 30% and I could keep the goods. After I had rejected all offers I was told that returns would be expensive international postage and the return was a lengthy process. The website leads you to believe that there is a local premise with trading hours Monday to Friday of which there is not. I would not buy from this site ever again, I would not recommend

Really nice quality. Wore the blouse last weekend and had 2 people ask me where it was from 😊

I've bought from Tessa's a few times over the years and never had a bad experience. This time I grabbed 3 pieces from the retirement sale and they all look exactly like the photos. One of the dresses fits me so well I actually ordered another colour the next day haha. Really going to miss this boutique, wish Tessa all the best.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please avoid this store. A total scam. The items are nothing like those advertised. All labels cut and no tags. Very cheap synthetic material. No item was wool let alone cashmere. Very shoddy packaging. As others have said. A very costly mistake on my part. Absolutely disgusting.

If this was really from the bayside shop in the photos, it would have been packaged nicely for the price, shoddy packaging, far too small for a medium, no invoice, no label inside garment, doesn't look exactly like the photo online.

Do not buy anything from her so called Retirement Sale ! Ripping people off and taking there money !
Is not cashmere ! No labels ! Looks and feels terrible !
