Their products are appalling, no tags at all on the cream ” cashmere” sweater I purchased, looked nothing at all like the product when ordering. Extremely slow to respond to requests for a refund, they finally replied but only offered 10% refund it all got too hard which is clearly what they count on. THEY ARE A SCAM , only interested in robbing you of your money , do NOT buy anything from them

AUSTRALIA - DO NOT BY AT THIS "STORE". IT IS A SCAM. I was so excited they had my size and I was helping an Australian store. Got goods and the quality is horrendous. No labels, the packing was inadequate and when I contacted the to return became a nightmare. They are now telling me if I wish to continue and get a refund, goods need to be sent back to China! Not Melbourne. I wish I had checked here before. DO NOT BY. ITIS SCAM

Awful thin material, not grey as advertised but white!
Not worth $5 certainly not a bargain at 49.95 reduced from $99.95 as they claim.

I bought a dress from this website. Looked nothing like what was advertised, ive been scammed! The material was absolutely horrible. The design was not even the same as advertised. And worst all, ive tried to get my refund but get no communication from the seller. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered the woman’s vintage denim ruffle dress, when the dress has arrived it is a very poor quality material (not denim at all) it has non of the colouring to which the photo presents and is also missing the belt. I ordered a size 10 and this is definitely a 14+. Very unhappy, have contacted for a refund under their 30 day policy and I won’t be ordering from them again. They said their shop was in Melbourne but the order came from china.

Do not waste your money I ordered the Calista Colour block heels. In the picture they are a beautiful rose gold colour with pink straps. They arrived today they are a horrible yellow gold colour with glue all around the heel. They didn't even arrive in a box they came in a grey parcel bag and the smell of glue would have knocked you out. BUYER BEWARE please read all the other reviews before purchasing anything from this site.

Purchased a dress for a wedding , dress was sewn together by a toddler. Poorly fitting ,inferior material. Was so very embarrassed to wear such a crappy item. I have emailed them over and over again to return / refund. I know they are never going to get back to me. Their website is dodgy, deceptive and they are going to be reported to the ACCC…….

Bought from them 3 weeks ago and still have not received order even though they say 3-5 days shipping. I’ve emailed and clearly getting chat GPT/AI responses. The reviews at the bottom of their website are fake. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE - SCAM

False advertising not based in Australia
No size inferior quality shoes
No 30day back guarantee suggested only 29% refund as would cost too much posting back for refund

I realised too late that this was a scam site and I have bought a lot of stuff ( I thought they looked wonderful products) the site looked like it was legit but I should have realised that with so much stock it was not real. I was just so excited at the low prices due to closing down it meant I was momentarily duped. So now I am praying that the bank can retrieve my money and save my hide. I spent much too much and I am feeling embarrassed and panic stricken

Not the same material or dress - completely different fabric texture and shocking quality

Do not order from this site. It is a scam. Products are not like description and returns are not to Melbourne as per site but to China so refund is too expensive

Falsely promotes as a Melbourne based business with a Melbourne based return address. Shipping on website stated 3-5 days product arrived in 2 weeks.
Actual return address is China. DO NOT PURCHASE FRO. THIS BUSINESS!

SCAM store, do NOT get caught, as I did. Items delivered, though rubbish quality and definitely not the wool/merino Items ordered.

No stars for this company. They still have not refunded $169 for 2 supposed jumpers 1 would fit a 6 year old the other looks like a skivvy not a knit jumper as per picture. Ads still appear for pretend cashmere jumpers and there are other people complaining about inferior products. I want my refund. I’ve just been offered 10% back are u serious!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY!! Not a Melbourne boutique as advertised, slow delivery, sent completely wrong colour shoes, will not offer refund, or accept returns, tells me I have to pay for international return (not Melbourne warehouse as website states) will not offer 100% refund for them sending incorrect product to me, SCAMMERS

Terrible experience. The clothes I received looked nothing like the images online and were made from extremely cheap materials. When I complained, the store offered just a 10% refund, which is insulting considering the products were misrepresented. I won’t be ordering from here again and advise others to avoid it.

I would give no stars if possible. Total scam. No delivery. No contact details for comments. Don’t be fooled by their nice looking clothes.
