Tepilo Omdömen 

It's a rip off. They provided so little service, and charged the money. The so called local expert was only using righmove info in giving the so called advice. She was never ever reachable via phone (always voicemails) nor email (replies would take weeks). I would not use Tepilo again. Huge disappointment!

So far Tepilo's staff Hadya has been helpful to us in regards to purchasing the property whether it is to providing sales information to their clients or to bridging communication between buyer and seller or to responding to their clients queries promptly. Hoping to receive similar efficient services in coming days.

Zero communication, basically pay for an advert and no other customer service.
We sold our flat with Tepilo so the good news is we sold our flat. However the stress we went through with Tepilo was something I would strongly recommend others avoid. Only after consistently complaining did they finally realise they had provided a poor customer service and so refunded me £150.
Tepilo do provide a good advert with well taken photos. Apart from that our experience with them was poor. They have obviously got issues with their sales progression team as our contact didn't answer his phone or emails pretty much the whole way through the process, which was highly frustrating and led to a lot of stress. I would never use them again and recommend that others think strongly about the additional stress that will be caused from you basically selling your property and doing all the leg work.

If I were to summarise Tepilo in 1 word, it would be abysmal.

I can only speak to their involvement as a Buyer, and I can understand the allure of cheap fees as a Seller, but if I were to be involved again in a purchase where Tepilo were the agents, I would pull out of buying it.

Having experienced Purple Bricks, they are 1000x better than Tepilo. You actually have a person with a face you can speak to, call/text whenever you have queries, and who is extremely helpful.

Tepilo on the other hand are complete shadows in the wind; keyboard warriors even. You can never get hold of them, be it via call, email; communication is in short, shocking. Our Progression Consultant left and we were not even informed! Across a 3-week period, we called probably 10-15 times, and sent maybe 5-6 emails, and received 1 generic email response, which had zero value.

I have honestly never interacted with a more incompetent, and lazy group of people, and I don't say this lightly. Considering Tepilo have a vested interest in this sale, it is surprising how poor their efforts of been. Phenomenal really they have made any money as a business.

Avoid at all costs, and use at your own peril... A classic example of you get what you pay for.

Have just signed up with Tepilo, and our adviser Orion has been very helpful with getting our house marketed. Having chosen the essentials service, I found adding the house photos and floor plan quite easy; I now forward to receiving calls from prospective purchasers once the house goes active on the market. Many thanks Tepilo for a good service so far.

1/ I tried emailing you with the address you gave below. It bounced. Have you spelt your name correctly?
2/ I tried calling you instead. The person who answered didnt seem to know who you were. Perhaps you're not real? I was told that as I had a complaint I could tell the account manager. The account managers are my complaint!
3/ Interesting that you cant identify me. Someone has, as tepilo have now stopped advertising my property since I posted the complaint.

I suggest you post your phone number if you still dont have the gumption to find my contact details - I'm the one who's advert you pulled. Doh!!.

Interesting most of the high ratings you have are from people who have only one review on this site. hmmm. is this what your account managers do all day rather than address genuine customer issues???

Tried to organise various online viewings without any kind of communication on Tepilo site. They did not even acknowledge any emails. I cant understand where all the good reviews are coming from, guess must have been unlucky. As I am actively looking for a new property to buy, it is a shame, that Tepilo totally failed to impress as I had seen a house of interest advertised with them. From the experience over the past weeks in terms of viewing, High Street agencies most impressed with service and communication.

I've had my reservations about using an online agent but the customer service from Tepilo has blown me away.
Anytime I've needed to speak to somebody I've been able to get through straight away, they took into account my difficult working situation and corresponded around this wherever possible.
Huge thanks to Adil Malik and Kadeem Christian who have been outstanding, the stereotype of lack lustre, call centre service is no where to be seen here and I'm already telling everybody I know to use Tepilo, can't recommend them enough.

Great communication from Kadeem from the start. Always polite and easy to speak with. Completely on the ball with everything. Would hope to deal with him again in the future. Keep up the good work.

We have been so happy with using tepilo. I am surprised everyone does not use this way of selling there home. Fixed price with no extra fees . Saved over £3,000 pound. This has got to be the worst estate agency ever, from the beginning until the end i've had nothing but problems.
All their interested in, is you signing up and then they just forget about you!!.
I took out the £895 package of which when i was trying to get a mortgage kept getting declined, this was due to Tepilo not putting the payment through as a one off payment. Instead they put it down as a repeating monthly payment and mortgage companies wouldn't give me a mortgage. I reported this to Tepilo who just said "ok thanks for letting us know".
The sales reps that were assigned to myself have been non existent to reach and never chase anything up, and now i'm coming to the final sale completion of my home, i can't even reach them and have found out that some of them don't even work there anymore.
They don't answer emails and when you do ring customer service they keep you waiting for ages, only to take your details by a switchboard who say's someone will call you back.
THIS COMPANY LACKS EVERYTHING!! , i will never use this company for as long as i'm alive.

Fast and honest help in getting our house on the market. Good Price for an estate agent as its fixed rather than commission based.

I have never written a review in my whole life but I felt compelled to write this in the hope that it will save someone else the stress and disappointment I have suffered with Tepilo.
On 3 occasions when viewings were booked no one turned up to show my house. I tried calling Tepilo but spoke to no one.....
In all the time my house was on their website I never ever spoke to a person when phoning I always had to leave messages and a call back would be days later.
Customer service with Tepilo is NON-EXISTENT

Excellent Estate Agent overall. If you want to conduct your own viewings, which we did, then this is the way to go. Had loads of viewers, and sold within 6 months. We took all our own photos, and wrote our our own property info - highlighting the points we wanted to get across. Overall we saved around £4000 compared to high street EA, and would definitely use Tepilo again.

After using Tepilo for the first time in sad circumstances after the loss of our mum- we cannot praise how supportive they were and ringing us to give updates when we didnt manage to get online quick enough to notice viewing requests. I would highly recommend their service, price and overall experience.

I was buying a house through Tepilo. They were good until our offer was accepted. The house we was buying got down valued by 15 grand and after leaving them 5 voicemails and having no response we pulled out. Tepilo were the reason we pulled out. If they could be bothered to return mine or my estate agents calls we probably would of stayed with the house.

Rachel has been very helpful guiding us through the process. We've been kept informed throughout so I wouldn't hesitate recommending Tepilo to our friends and family.
