Tepilo Omdömen 

I booked a valulation on line on the 2ed Sept. For 7th Sept at 2pm. Got email saying agent would contact me before for more info. No call, but it looked like it was booked. No one came, I contacted Tepilo who had my details, but agent had left & system had glitch, so no one coming. Had to push to get this info. Had fake we are sorry, would I like to re book. Decided they are not reliable, disapointed, not going to bother wasting my time again.. you get what you pay for, so guess poor service comes with their price.

Rachael Bonnefemme has been a real pleasure to work with. Extremely helpful, friendly and prompt with responding to calls and messages. Can highly recommend.

Think twice before using Tepilo. They never answered any of my emails or phone messages

I have the pleasure of dealing with Ben Boon, who although he's new and is still learning the ropes, has raised my feelings about estate agents generally to a new high.
Ben is extremely courteous, very efficient, always comes back to me when he says he will and is helpful to bounce around thoughts with about my house. He comes across as a genuine person. I'm glad he's been assigned to my property.
Whilst writing this review I was also very pleased with the service Curtis Cummings gave me. Another excellent person.
I'm glad I chose Tepilo rather than a high street estate agent.
Now all we need to do is to get the house sold!

We were buying a property, so we didn't choose Tepilo. Most of our dealings were direct with our sellers who were brilliant. Our solicitor had some troubles with the licensed conveyancer Tepilo linked our sellers to; it seems the conveyancer merely acted as a postbox referring all matters onto our sellers.

Our one real gripe with Tepilo is when it came to removing the For Sale sign. Despite three telephone calls, this still hadn't been removed one month after completion so we resorted to self help. And I can tell you, the sign was a real swine to remove, seemingly implanted to withstand hurricane force winds. Read the efforts in Shane to remove the tree stump to get some idea...

I had a very positive experience with Trepilo. Joe and extremely helpful and very patient with me as I'm a complete IT dunce. Ben guided me through the whole process and always kept in touch. He was very professional and very 'human' in the cyber world.
I have found the whole stressful experience of selling my beloved home a lot easier with Ben and Joe's help.

I made my initial contact with Tepilo by speaking to Chris Teclaw who is one of the Property Consultants.
Chris created an excellent first impression with his very knowledgeable, helpful and overall professional approach. He responded to my queries appropriately and respectflly, by clarifying information and inviting me to ask questions throughout our initial discussions. This attention to detail enabled him to set up the agreement for Tepilo to sell my property with my full understanding of the process.
Furthermore, Chris replied to my subsequent emails promptly and again, responded to my queries appropriately. From my experience, and in my opinion, I believe that Chris has represented Tepilo admirably, and is an asset to the Company. Thanks again for all of your help Chris.

Terrible company, They overprice your house to get the deal. Having got the deal they have literally delivered one person through the door in three months. Where as the high street agent I am also using has delivered many dozens of people to view my home. Also there was a whole bunch communication and admin errors along the way to make this particular customer journey an absolute nightmare. I recommend you stay well away from Tepilo and stick with any number of the high street agents who will be way more competent in selling your property.

I've given it a star because the photos were good, David, is a photographer, no idea about property.
Without my permission he moved my things around " to look better in pics"while he was doing this he moved my electric recliner chair, and pulled the wires out. I did not even get an apology. He said he would report it, and they would come back to me. Well they didn't I sent several emails, phone calls, not one person had the decency to come back to me.
This is still on going I will not let it rest.
Put your property on with Tepilo, at your peril.

I am buying a property that you are selling. To start with I had a brilliant service by a lady named Debbie Olgen. Then she left the company and then it went downhill rapidly. I was always promised call backs and never got one. Nobody wanted to help me. This was a very frustration time for us. Then I got in touch with a gentleman called Mervin Charles and again he was extremely helpful in many ways. He explained our situation very well and called back as and when he said he would. I wanted to leave him the good review and not the company. I would highly recommend companies like yourselves to employ more people like Debbie and Mervin. They personally deserve a 5 star rating but the company itself a 1.

Having decided to take the plunge and list my property for sale, I was contacted by Chris who couldn’t have been more helpful in setting up my account and directing me through the listing process. Literally within a few hours I’d managed to set up my profile, upload pictures and gear up to go live.

Extra mention for Kadeem too, who managed to finalise any last minute questions I had before we went live. Thanks chaps! Hugely appreciate the help, especially as I’ve never done this before.

Absolutely shocking customer service past pillar to post left several messages calls never returned once they have there money would forget about any feed back or further services would pay the extra and get an estate agent who you can actually get too speak to

Unbelievably bad so far. Viewing went OK a couple of weeks ago and I submitted questions by email that were never acknowledged. I submitted an offer to try and motivate action - still nothing. Tried to call on multiple occasions to speak to someone, anyone...and was told I would be called back. Still no call.

I see below that reviews such as mine prompt action from the Tepilo side. I hope the same happens here...
