They helped me in a major way. I was almost about to ask for my money buck until their team reached out to me and stayed on for about 2 hours making sure that everything worked perfectly. I really do appreciate their customer service.

our company bought their software, this is worst company and worst software provider, worst experience, worst after sales support. TEKNIKFORCE just know how to ban customers after taise tickets to complain instead of solving the problem.

The customer abused other members of our Whatsapp group and was removed for that. We also refunded his purchase as we do not condone abuse targeted at people.
The customer (Steven Goh) threatened to slander us on platforms unless we reinstate his membership.
Sorry, that's not possible.
