after some communication errors, the problems were solved quickly. the team is very helpful, including helping me with sharing the screen, which makes it a lot easier to show the problems. it was then solved in a few minutes.

I have been a customer/fan of TekNikForce for years now and have quite a few of their products. I have never been dissatisfied with their quality of customer service.

In fact, I would highly recommend that if you are straddling the fence, you definitely make the investment.

Their products do exactly what the labels say, and more, and the customer service and support are second to none. Not a paid endorsement, just truth.

Definitely not recommended. They block customers if they report problems they can't resolve. If you were based in Europe, I would file a criminal complaint for unfair competition and fraud.
