Tekniforce team are professional and always helpful. Their products are my number one go-to, as they are always there for support and guidance. Reliable products by Cyril jeet, backed by a strong team of experts software support.

They took an automatic payment from my account that I never approved, and I have sent them at least 5 email messages for a refund. I messaged them immediately after payment, and they dont reply. Its been several days, i think they enjoy taking free money from people, do not trust this service, they wont even reply to your email messages.

the tech did a good job. Very quick and efficient. They had to take over my computer to finish the job. the biggest challenge with working with teknikforce is the fact that they are in India on Indian time which limits the amount of access. I'm glad they were able to use anydesk. It worked well.

Their technicians took me from A to Z. They were patient with my silly questions and lack of knowledge. They got the job done. I was very impressed! Thank you.

I own a few Teknikforce products, and they are incredibly valuable. They are useful, easy to use and very accessible. Support team is outstanding, very responsive and helpful if you ever encounter a hiccup. It's been a few years since I joined in their marketing ecosystem, and I'm very pleased I did!

I thought that this software was a fly by night! We went to login into our software and it denied us and said that we were no longer account holders. It asked us to buy again! Of course we were like, WHaaat! So we immediately contacted support and our headline was "Is this software no longer working?"
To our pleasant surprise the claim ticket and the email was answered. They sent us a reset password and we were back in business using their software. We are glad it still worked because we just promised a client we could deliver and we were able to make right on that promise.
Giving the opportunity to give a rating is why we wrote a review. We can not guarantee all of their products because we do not own all of them. We can say that the products we do own they have not shut down.

Rare to see a company dedicated to customer support . Fantastic Team of support.

The representative that worked with me went way overboard to help me with my problem. He could have quit on me but he finished working my problem and solved my issue. He was very patient with an 80 year old man who has problems with todays technology. I am grateful for his help. Abhay Patel was my customer service rep and did a great job.

Seid nicht über die Produkte von Teknikforce unentschlossen, sie sind in den verschiedensten Branchen sehr nützlich und unterstützen. Sie gehören mit zu den besten digitalen Produkten! Ich selber nutze mehrere Produkte von Teknikforce und bin damit seit Jahren immer gut gefahren. Wenn es Probleme gab, Support angeschrieben und immer sofort Hilfe bekommen. Freundlich und immer entgegenkommend. Sie nehmen sich sehr viel Zeit für dein Problem, bis sie behoben sind.
Möchte noch eins betonen: Ich selber komme aus Deutschland und kann mit den Produkten von Cyril Jeet und seinem Team-Support langfristig orientiert sehr gut zusammenarbeiten.
