I had challenges setting up my first email marketing testing content on Sendster, guess what, TeknikForce support Team came through as always. Their HELPIRA Software usually resolves most of my hiccups, but when I escalate to live support team, my challenges are always resolved promptly.

My business owns 18 licenses to their different products and I can state that We are very delighted with their Customer Service Delivery. I recommend and will strongly recommend their products to Prospects. The value of their products surely outweighs the cost.

Teknioforce acknowledged and responded to my problem quickly.

The problem was quickly resolved once we set up a remote session.

The only delay was due to their technicians' working hours, who are based in India and work during office hours in their time zone. I was across the world in Ottawa, which made direct communication difficult.

There were no language barriers in our communication; everything was conducted in English.

Tekniforce delivered exactly what they promised—strong communication, solid technical expertise, and a smooth overall experience. The support is great, the only issue was I had to connect to them very late at night my time because we are in different time zones. I live in Canada so the time zone is MST, in India it is IST

Great back up service, could not get it working in Ireland, so then the team logged in remotely to my account and fixed it all up.

I can't say enough positive things about Teknikforce. The staff are truly amazing, the CEO, Cyril is a genius and the service they provide is setting the standard for how an organization should operate.
