I have just started to use ShopFunnels. It appeared to be the perfect fit for my online digital business. I experienced a few hiccups with the installation, however, the Customer Support team and in particular Mahesh was great and assisted me in getting it up and running, along with testing it.
I have many other Teknikforce products and always find the product is of great quality and the support is excellent.

I have contacted Teknikforce a few times when I've had issues with my Cloudfunnels system, purchased many years ago.
They are always responsive and work diligently to correct any errors and assist with diagnostics - even when the issue is not directly related to the software they provided.

Great software and amazing support.
I've used the Cloudfunnels product before but it had been a while since, so I ran into an issue and had to reach out for support. The team were amazing! Not only did they fix the initial issue but they continued to check all the other files to confirm everything was how it should be. They also changed a couple of settings to make sure it was optimised.
They kept me well informed throughout the process and it's great to know that if I have any issues I can reach out for great help. Mahesh Nanavare was my support tech and he was brilliant.
Highly recommend!

I had a problem with some software that I thought was due to a power failure - the person assisting me noted that the items I was seeking had a path change and that impacted on my software. Once I understood this it was logical. The support was excellent and patient.

I have found Teknikforce a very good company to work with. I purchased PeopleBots, the AI chatbot system which I believe they've only just launched and I was on the initial wave of purchasers. There were critical elements of a chatbot that weren't available in this solution but when pointed out they resolved those issues promptly.

I have CloudFunnels and CloudCourses. The support is always very good. So far, they were able to solve all the issues that happened, for example, when it is time to update some software in your hosting.

Excellent service. They were able to remote in and fixed the problem quickly.

5 Stars for CLOUDFUNNELS. - 2 Stars because of Missing speed or complete missing support.
I´m very happy with Cloudfunnels. Great Product and nothing o complain. Just the Support is way to slowly and sometimes not existing. They need to long to respond. Instead of answers to your questions, you get a flood of Promo mails. I would love to have answers. Not "sales mails". "Dear Support team. Most questions need to be solved asap. Not 1 month later!"
Another Negative Point. The Backup tool they offer in Marketplace 27.00 USD. that is definitley the most expensive Backuptool for a database i have ever seen. There should be a alternative for this.
