Teguar delivered the Touch PC's for our Clean Rooms in a customer-friendly and reliable way.

Very helpful staff when it came to ordering. Were upfront reguarding price changes due to tarriffs, and absorbed some of that. Pricey but well built and rugged. You get what you pay for.

We have been using Teguar industrial equipment for awhile now and they perform great on the production floor . Their rugged tablets are the best. We also appreciated the customization we could do and still get the equipment in on-time for our project. Their team, shout out to Chris E. is very responsive. Pricing is fair for the industry. I would definitely recommend the company and their equipment!

Great products, very reliable and extremely well built. We have about 20 waterproof, stainless steel touch panel PCs that are used in a very harsh fish processing environment (always wet and cold) for the last 4 years and have performed flawless. When I have had a problem, Teguar's support has been fantastic.

I like the product; however, procurement could be much better. There seems to be large delays (MONTHS!) for shipping and delivery; and the billing department does not follow our instructions for ACH payments and have had to be told multiple times.

Teguar's Support Team is knowledgeable and helpful! i was able find the items our client needed.

The screen repair should have been easy. The ticketing system wasn't reliably sending me notes. They didn't contact me to get started until I gave them a credit card, which is fine but they didn't tell me that until I called them 2 weeks later to ask for the status. The repair took weeks and then when I received the unit back, they didn't include the power supply. It was very explicit in the return instructions to send in mine so I didn't have one on hand when I received the return. Now its been another 2 weeks that I have been waiting for that. Overall not good. We will see if the system still works properly when I can power it back up....


Update: Well it powered back up but it appears that rather than just replacing the screen, you replaced the entire unit which meant I lost all the data stored on the system and had to reload all the operational programs and settings from scratch.... added another 4 hours of work to the startup that will end up costing me as much as the damn repair. Very poor performance across the board. If the screen was unfixable and you needed to replace the entire unit, then we should have imaged the computer and copied it over.

Technically very good product in a beautiful housing. Good after-sales support.

Our order took a long time to be taken in account due certainly to have been a new customer and that it was our first order (no doubt we also slow down the process).
However, the shipment to send 3 HMIs from US to EU was very quick and the communication with your people was very good. Thank you.

Was able to get demos out quickly. Carlos was great!

The tablet is very rugged and easy to use. Using it for a mapping program.
