My experience with Teguar has been smooth, thanks to Keith Black who is quick to respond to my inquiries for several of their products such as tablets and stainless-steel PC's. The quality, price and rating of their products was perfect for our production environment. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace or introduce workstations into a hazardous environment.

Good computers - support takes awhile
Good computers. Pricey, but they work and do the job. Support could be better. Improve the support teams communication when damaged items are sent in for repair. Also the speed in repairs is terrible. It should not take 2-3 months to repair a broken screen.

Not impressed by Customer support
The first panel PC recommended to us as an upgrade over the TM-5040 for better performance was not certified as a medical device, unlike the TM-5040. The second recommendation, the TM-7240, lacked certification for the US and Canada, creating additional pressure on our team to secure approval. In addition, over the past four years we have had to work with four different customer support contacts.
