It's a good company. My rep does an excellent job, and is very thorough. The panels I have been purchasing from Teguar have been very solid, and that is quite a few, over several years now, so I'd say they have proved to be very reliable in the field.

My account manager responds in a timely manner to my questions or concerns. The end of life for one model that we use was communicated well in advance so that we could manage the change. Support through phone, email or chat has always been excellent.
