Love their computer mouses! They also have excellent customer service. I recently bought a mouse that stopped working after a few months, but after a few email exchanges troubleshooting the problem they sent me a replacement mouse free of change and its been working perfectly! Excellent products and excellent service! Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful after-sales service. I had a problem with the blender blades. I contacted them through email, and after a few emails, sharing all information regarding the issue, they sent me a brand-new full replacement. Wow! I never expected that. I never expected the whole machine would be sent as a replacement. This is the epitome of exceptional customer service. This is what we expect as a genuine consumer. Keep up the good work! Will be definitely buy more from you guys. NB: the product is also very good. It gives exactly what it is advertised.

I have a few Tecknet products and have never been disappointed. Very well made and durable. Our recent purchase is a doorbell and it works great! It astounds me how many different tunes there are to choose from. Having a wireless doorbell is the best for us considering our disabilities. We can carry it around with us when we are busy so we do not miss someone at the door. I would highly recommend Tecknet for anyone to try. I am sure they will not be disappointed. I had cause to contact customer service and they got back to in less than a day and we had the issue sorted immediately.

Great product - use it all the time at work- and fabulous warranty - replaced without quibble when it broke. Easy to use and good quality sound. Responsive customer service team.

I bought these headphones for the earless option. Upon purchase i knew that these were budget headphones and I did not have high expectations. Upon opening them I was blown away by the clarity of sound on them. About a month after purchasing one of the earbuds broke. I emailed customer service and they were prompt to reply. They asked me typical questions and set up a replacement within five days. I am still waiting on the tracking information, but, I have faith that they are sending them. Kudos to their customer service. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

The hardware seems excellent and well built. The range claimed is also realistic, but the instructions and user information leaves a great deal to be desired. No, that is too gentle - it is inept. Yet another set of instructions which has not been put to a 'granny' test. For one bell push and one 'receiver, it is fine but no easy instructions for synchronising 4 receivers to the same ring tone simultaneously. The printing is far too small to allow easy use - yet again a manufacturer who put cheapest possible priniting ahead of ease of csutomer use - so it that's the policy, at least put an easy indtruction video on Youtube AND make sure that the terminology used matches what if printed on the hardware. FOR GOODNESS SAKE< RUN IT PAST YOUR GRANNY BEFORE RELEASING IT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC !!!

Purchased a doorbell on 6-14-2026 ,it was placed on shipping label created status that day. I have made numerous attempts to obtained the status and have not received a response as of 6/31/2026. I believe most of the reviews are fake this company is fraudulent.

My item (doorbell) was received within 7 days or ordering. This is my 2nd doorbell from tecknet, only because we wanted to change colour from white to black. Their customer service was great to deal with on email.

I've been using a Tecknet rechargeable cordless mouse since July 2025. Last week (after 8 months usage) the scroll button stopped working. I contacted Tecknet customer service who replied to my initial contact within 24 hours. They required some purchase and item related info which I provided by return. Within 3 days I had received a brand new replacement mouse. My experience is that customer satisfaction is really important to Tecknet and I would not hesitate to use the company again.
