My doorbell stopped working after 21 months I contacted company enquiring a replacement part. There response was quick and helpful and I received a complete new doorbell all within a week. MIA was excellent

I had a problem with a product, so I contacted support. After a few emails with advice about troubleshooting, they offered to resolve the issue by sending a replacement product. I received the new unit, which is working well. Can't ask for better service.

I contacted the Tecknet team after the failure of one of my doorbell receivers. My email was immediately responded to by Ella, a member of the support team.

I was asked to go through a checking process with the receiver in order to try and establish a connection. When this failed Ella asked me to provide details of the purchase. Once provided I was then informed a replacement set would be sent out. A couple of days later the replacement set arrived and is now successfully installed.

Considering I had purchased the original doorbell set over a year ago I think the overall response was nothing short of amazing customer service!

If anyone is planning on purchasing a doorbell unit then I strongly advise you to look at making that purchase from Tecknet.

J'ai contacté le service client car ma souris ne fonctionnait plus. Leur réponse a été très rapide et ils m'ont remplacer la souris défectueuse. La livraison a été très rapide aussi (3 jours). Excellent service client

I was having difficulty integrating two doorbells with two ringers each. Having explained my problems, old age etc I was sent a detailed email that solved my problems. All in all excelent service.

The Tecknet Customer Service Team was responsive and provided useful suggestions on steps to take to
resolve the issuses with TECKNET EHU01043 USB C Hub with Ethernet Adapter. I reported to them when their outlined steps did not resolve the issues. A replacement unit was promptly sent to me, which functions as expected.

Really excellent customer support and communication. I had a problem to which they responded immediately, and solved.

I had a problem with one of the doorbell receivers which stopped working. I contacted Tecknet customer service for a warranty claim.Their response was quick and polite. They checked some details and then agreed to replace both transmitter and receivers with no quibbles. Replacement delivered in 3 days. Excellent customer service.

I'm impressed with the TK-MS009 Tecknet wireless mouse. It offers fantastic precision, features multiple functional buttons that make navigation easy, and has excellent, long-lasting battery life.

More importantly, the Tecknet customer service team is exceptional. When I experienced a minor technical failure, Mia from their support team went above and beyond to help me. She first offered clear troubleshooting steps, and when the issue couldn't be resolved, she promptly arranged a free replacement without even requiring me to return the original item.

The new mouse arrived quickly and works perfectly. It really makes a difference when a brand actually cares about its customers and makes things this easy. Highly recommended!

Assistenza top. Dopo circa un anno c’era un problema sul campanello, ho contattato l’assistenza e mi hanno indicato una procedura per vedere se era recuperabile. Abbiamo dovuto procedere con la sostituzione e in 2 gg mi è arrivato il prodotto nuovo a casa. Veramente bravi e competenti. Consiglio questa azienda.

My initial order was fantastic however experienced an issue with the buttons occasionally not working. I contacted them and after sending proof of the fault, I was sent a new keyboard which only took 2 days to arrive and told to keep the old one also.

One mouse bought on a seller was defective after 10 months of use was easily replaced by customer service.

The headset I purchased was defective, and despite several attempts with technical support, the issue could not be resolved. A replacement unit was shipped but was unfortunately lost by the carrier.

Despite this series of mishaps, customer service remained responsive, courteous, and professional throughout. Once I reported the situation, they immediately offered me the choice between a replacement shipment and a full refund, which I received promptly.

While the product itself did not meet my expectations, I want to highlight the quality of the after-sales service and the professionalism with which my case was handled until its resolution.

Ma sonnette étant tombée en panne, le SAV m'a répondu très rapidement et après tests ont déterminé qu'elle était bien tombée en panne, envoi rapide et j'ai reçu une nouvelle sonnette opérationnelle sans avoir à retourner l'ancienne. SAV au top, merci
