Disappointing delivery service and slightly mislead by website description.
First point is not a reflection on Team Cycles themselves, but an online retailer is only as good as their delivery service. Shockingly bad experience with DPD local who missed their delivery date three times and consequently the order was late for a birthday. Somewhat dismissive and unhelpful email correspondence with the General Manager.
Second point, ordered what I thought was a kids Squish "Mountain Bike"(as described on the website). However the bike isn't actually the Squish MTB spec with front suspension and disc brakes, just the standard kids bike. I guess I should have checked more closely before ordering! The bike itself is okay and should give a few years service.

Great service
Items ordered on the Cyclescheme on a Friday and postage estimate was Monday so as I live in Northern Ireland I had no issues with that. Pleasantly surprised to see my tracking said the parcel would be delivered next day and it was. First class service all round.
