Rubbish
Spent £2500 on a bike, they sent me one with broken parts then when I raised it up they told me to go take it to a shop to get it fixed. Absolutely rubbish, not buying anything from them again.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with a purchase of this value.
After reviewing the case, including the video provided, the damage to the bike occurred when you where setting this up after delivery. Because of this, the issue falls outside of faults covered under the warranty. As this was caused due to human error when setting the bike up in final stages before riding.
That said, we still want to help where we can. Advising a visit to a local bike shop was intended as the quickest way to get you back on the road, and we’re happy to assist with sourcing replacement parts or offering guidance if needed.

They sold me an expensive helmet that…
They sold me an expensive helmet that they never dispatched I waited for days for it to arrive to be told it was lost in the post. They obviously did not have the helmet they were advertising as I did not receive a tracking number for it. We all know that when you post something like that you get a tracking number and it is passed on to the customer.
Absolutely terrible service and I have not even received a refund yet.
DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THOSE FAKE COMPANY.
