Scam artists
Scam artists. Dimitry was asked to cancel my order. He told me it was sent. When it arrived, the label clearly said it had been sent the day AFTER I tried to cancel the order. Despite having a 30 day promise to refund for any reason, he told me I had to remove a bad review first.
He claimed I had lied about his company, despite the clear evidence.
He wanted to charge me for shipping from the US and wanted me to pay the return shipping also. I only bought it because he had an Australian website with a NSW location. All lies. They are based in US and do not have Australian business. It's a sham, run by a liar. Do not trust. He ignored 5 requests for return details as he wanted the sale. AVOID

I haves ordered tea from this company for couple of years now. I am very happy with Tealyra in all aspects from the quality of the products to the custermer services.
I will highly recommend this tea company to whoever is a serious tea drinker.
