Tealyra has been a lovely addition to my daily tea routine. The flavour was excellent, and I appreciated the thoughtful assistance from customer support.

Great tea and equally good customer service. I enjoyed the quality of the product, and the team made getting help straightforward. Id happily order again.

Really happy with tealyra. I ordered a loose leaf black tea and honestly it made some of the teas I usually drink taste pretty average. Shipping took a while, but for something coming from overseas at a reasonable price, I didnt mind waiting.

I've been really happy with the tea from Tealyra. The flavour and aroma make each cup enjoyable, and the quality has given me a good reason to keep coming back. Thers a lovely selection to explore, too. Customer support was friendly and helpful when I had a question, which made the overall experience even better.

Delicious tea too!

I had a problem with a recent order and contacted Tealyra's support team. Dmytro dealt with it superbly. He replied promptly and politely, asked only for what he needed, and had it all sorted the next day. No fuss, just a fair and efficient resolution. It's reassuring to know that if something does go wrong, Tealyra will put it right. Thank you, Dmytro – I'd happily order again.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience
This is honestly one of the worst and dirtiest experiences I have ever had with a tea purchase.
I have purchased tea from your store because I genuinely enjoy this type of tea and save my money to be able to buy products that I like. Unfortunately, when I opened the tea, I found what appeared to be human hair, bird feathers and other foreign material mixed in with the tea. Finding these things in a product intended for human consumption was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable to me.
I contacted you several times by email to report this serious issue, but I have received no response whatsoever. I cannot understand why a company would not respond to a customer who has reported a potential contamination problem.
I paid my hard-earned money for this product and expected basic quality, hygiene and customer service. Instead, I was left extremely disappointed and disgusted.
Please take complaints about foreign material in food products seriously and respond to your customers.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend buying tea from this store.🤢🤮👎👎👎👎👎

Great Experience

heyo heyo I had a wonderful experience with Tealyra. I got a loose leaf black tea that has altered my opinion of the current teas I drink. HIGHLY reccomend.
It will take long to ship, but customers are too spoiled now. Who cares if it takes a few weeks to go across the word affordably?

Was very happy with this company for several years due to a large range of teas, including many organic. However, the smell and taste of my favourite blend suddenly changed & was unpleasant, despite no obvious change to the packaging or ingredients. They ignored my emails about what had happened/gone wrong. Switched to another company...

Love this tea company. First time buyer in 2025 and have stayed with them for a year now!

Ok I'm in love. This is the only tea I buy now

My sister got me a sampler from here for Christmas and I've been slowly working through all of them. The Cream Earl Grey Moonlight is probably my favorite so far but honestly none of them have been bad. I used to just drink whatever was on sale at the grocery store, but this is a total different experience. Already placed my own order for a full size of the earl grey and a couple others I want to try. Shipping was fast too.

I am a tea lover, and I can say that this is one of the best teas money can buy, definitely the best aroma.

It's been 9 days since I ordered and the tracking number they sent me isn't working. Zero response to any emails asking for details as to what's going on. One of the worst online experiences I've had with a merchant.

Bought a few different teas and they're all excellent, fresh and full of flavour. Fast delivery too, which is always a great plus.

I had an issue with a teapot, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Great customer service and great products.

Had to go through PayPal to actually get the tea sent! Ordered on 30th November, was emailed a tracking number that kept saying no information available. My first email to Tealyra received no reply. 2nd email to Tealyra received an apology and they claimed the courier had lost the parcel so they would re-send the tea. That was on 9th December. Tealyra claim the tea was resent on 10th, however the tracking WQ766770048GB which I kept looking up daily from 10th till 15th showed the courier was STILL waiting for the parcel to be scanned onto their network. As Tealyra had not replied to my 3rd or 4th emails, on Monday 15th I raised a PayPal dispute to request a refund. After that, on evening of Monday 15th the parcel appeared on the network and was delivered to me the following morning! The insulting part is that Tealyra, communicating via PayPal dispute, said I had already been told the tea had been resent and put the same tracking number as evidence...Yes I HAD been told the tea had been resent, but the whole point was it had NOT actually been resent as the tracking history proved. The 24 HR service did it's job. Once the courier ACTUALLY had the tea they delivered it swiftly. I used to use and love Tealyra in previous years. Luckily there are hundreds of other tea sellers for next time.
