Was served fantastically by izolda in the Drogheda laurences center branch on a number of occasions. She's always happy, smiling and laughing. Hands down the best barista the company has to offer and also offers the best customer service I've ever received from a coffee shop.

I have found the cafe in Ennis to consistently provide excellent and friendly service. Everything is always brilliant quality, I'm never waiting too long, and staff are happy to give recommendations if asked. A lovely welcoming atmosphere.

The Canterbury branch - CC is simply wonderful - a lady who works there....she is so warm and kind and polite and helpful...i hope Bakers and Baristas look after her...she is such an asset...she should be there all the time! The Coffee is excellent...

Please don't order the matcha If you love original matcha. Unfortunately bakers baristas are quirted into the milk, no mixing of the lovely Japanese green tea in sight. I ordered the cherry thinking it would be a cherry grounded green tea but was just syrup. Very disappointed, it tasted sweet and just...
When I questioned the making I was given the option to leave it but decided to try the £4.95 sweetener in a glass, took one sip and passed it to my friend.

I visit your cafe at Crystal peaks, at least twice a week,
the service Is always excellent staff are efficient and caring, I have notice over the last 2 weeks on Tuesday mostly but also today that only 2 staff members on duty, as the cafe was extremely busy both days we had to wait longer than usual to be served, both member of staff, Sandra and Amy apologised for the wait, clearly not their fault, they continued to help any customer who needed assistance. They worked extremely hard, I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff. The wait was far too long, staff member don’t appear to be appropriated by their employers.

Amazing service and workers. Loved the coffee, muffin and overall experience.

Great coffee shop in Metro-centre staff always happy to help, was served by Bethany and Penny today short wait good service.

It was ridiculous. Cheese & Ham, but with next to NO filling. Wish I could add photo I took.
My sister also got a flat bread sandwich, also with very little filling. Spent total of £51 total rip off.

Visited B&B in Kings Lynn , ordered 2 over priced latte coffees which tasted vile . Never again.

B and B are an inherently dishonest company. They over size their display items and what they serve you is half the size. Then, when it's pointed out, staff will argue and even when they remake it, will cut bits off to make it seem normal. Never give them your money.

Bakers + Baristas / Mahon point, new staff overcharged me €10, when i questioned i got terrible attuide, but stood my ground until i got a refund from these rip off merchants....check your receipts folks!!!

Metro centre Store:
Counter assistant couldn’t raise a smile & looked as if she didn’t want to be there. However even worse they only got us 2 of our 3 drinks & proceeded to the next customer.
I had to attract their attention as they had clearly moved on. Of our 2 cakes 1 had 20% missing & I had to request it was replaced. Any one want my loyalty card as doubt it will be used again

I visit Bakers and Baristas Crescent Shopping Centre every week have been doing so for years
I love their coffe and muffins - staff are friendly in particular Mallory who is excellent at her job
She is so kind to customers particularly the elderly and so efficient

I always have a consistently great experience at Bakers & Baristas, in the Laurence Shopping centre, Drogheda, Ireland. The staff, especially Izolda, is always warm, friendly, and ensures that she updates my loyalty card. The staff also take the trouble to inform customers of any special offers etc.

I have never had a microwaved tuna panini until today but only received half because the other half got dropped on the floor, absolutely disgusting, couldn't eat it. Never visiting again
