Tayyaba Tours Omdömen

My wife and I travelled for Umrah and also visited Bangladesh last November, and the entire journey was a very smooth and memorable experience. Our consultant was Uzair, and we were extremely pleased with his professionalism and support throughout the trip.

One of the highlights was our hotel in the Clock Tower. We originally had a room without a view, but Uzair upgraded us to a Haram-view room as a surprise. We only found out about the upgrade after arriving, which was a wonderful gesture and made our stay even more special.

We had a minor issue with our hotel check-in in Madinah, but Uzair was always available and quickly coordinated with his ground team to resolve it.

Overall, everything was well organized and on time, and our journey was completely hassle-free and stress-free. A special thank you to Uzair and Tayyaba Tours for making our trip such a wonderful experience.

InshaAllah, whenever we plan our next journey, we will definitely travel with Uzair again. I would highly recommend Uzair and Tayyaba Tours to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and caring service.

This was my first-ever Umrah, and my consultant was Uzair. As it was my first experience, I was naturally a little confused and unsure about the process, but Uzair was incredibly supportive throughout the entire journey and never made me feel overwhelmed.

From the very beginning, everything was well organized. The payment plan was very convenient, and the flights, hotel, transportation, and Ziyarat arrangements were all handled smoothly and professionally.

One of the most special parts of my experience was the surprise Umrah Guide that Uzair arranged for me. It was extremely helpful and made my Umrah experience even more meaningful. He didn’t even charge me for it, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I had such a wonderful experience that I even made a video review for Uzair to share my appreciation. A huge thank you to Uzair and Tayyaba Tours for making my first Umrah journey so easy, comfortable, and memorable.

I would highly recommend Uzair to anyone planning their Umrah. He is genuinely kind, supportive, and always willing to help. InshaAllah, whenever I plan my next journey, I will definitely travel with Uzair again and will happily recommend him to my family and friends.

Thank you so much, Uzair and Tayyaba Tours! 🤲❤️

I booked my Umrah for me and my mother, we had a great experience with the Tayyaba Tours .Uzair was very professional, friendly, helpful and always willing to answer my questions. Uzair kept me informed throughout the process and made everything much easier and less stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and commitment to help me. I would definitely recommend Uzair to anyone looking for reliable and professional estate agent. Thanks you so very much for all your hard work and support.Aisha

I booked my family Umrah with them and we had a great time. Uzair my consultant was very helpful, he made sure we were satisfied. I will always recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience travelling for Umrah with Tayyaba Tours for myself and my family. The entire trip was well organised, and Ali provided excellent support, care, and guidance throughout our journey. We truly appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend Tayyaba Tours to anyone planning their Umrah.

Subhaan was my point of contact all the way and he was very reliable and helpful.
through out my trip.

Found me a very good package, I would highly recommend using.

We booked our umrah through tayyaba tours for my family through their agent Uzair.

We have just returned both the hotels were Alhumdulilah but we faced several problems.

Before writing this review I have tried to contact them there has been no response.

When we arrived in Jeddah the driver was late. He politely declined to collect us until we gave him our passport numbers and visa numbers this is confidential information. I was reluctant to do so.

I then contacted tayyabah tours directly they informed me it was information they should have given the transport company but had failed too. I explained this was sensitive information and I was not happy giving them these details and I had not been informed by them this was a requisite.

I also asked the airport staff too if it was normal to give my sensitive information to a driver they also advised not too.

Tayybah tours resolved this by providing the relevant information and we continued to Mecca.

We then checked in to be informed our stay at anjum hotel was for 2 days only we had booked and paid for 6 days in Mecca . I contacted them again they reassured me they would send me a HCN number and not to worry. The hotel need a HCN number to book you in.

They did not send a HCN and we were locked out of our room we had just complete our first umrah and were stood in a queue to resolve the incompetency of tayyabh tours. I contacted them again and was given a HCN number and we were able to access our room. Whist human error occurs this is just unacceptable.

The day before we were to return home I contacted the transport team as there was no communication from their end to be informed I would be picked up at 2 pm prior to this Uzair their agent had informed us it would be 1 pm. The transport team stated 2 pm would be fine it takes 4.5 to get to Jeddah airport. The driver then texts me and states he will collect us at 3:30 pm. I am not happy with this as our flight is an international one we need to be there 3 hours before. He reassures me and so does Yasmeen the transport organiser that we will arrive on time as this is a daily job for them. I am now given a time for 2:30 pm.

The driver did not reach my hotel till 3:20. I made several attempts to contact the driver tayyabh tours and the transport co who do not appear to take this situation seriously.

I contacted both the transport team and tayybah tours informing them of what was happening and that there service was despicable.

The driver finally arrives there’s no apology no converse and we set off.
He drove over the speed limit.
He was dodging the traffic.
He was on his mobile phone whilst driving erratically I had to ask him politely not to use his phone whilst driving.

We arrived at the airport at 19:30 our flight was for 21:40.

We should have left at 2 pm so we would have arrived at 6 pm this would have allowed us to make a stop at the petrol station. Giving us 3 hours to check in.

We made it but the journey was so dangerous and the stressful.

I paid for this umrah and was treated so badly I don’t want an apology I don’t want a refund.

The purpose of the review is so no one else has to experience this again.

This company should remember SWT sees and hears everything.

We were very well taken care of by uzair and the services were very good thank you

This is the second year that I have booked an Umrah trip through Haider. This year, I specified the flight times and hotels in Makkah (Makkah hotel) and Madinah (Dar Al Iman Intercontinental) as I was travelling with elders. I didn't mind paying a little extra.
We had such a stress free and amazing trip, the hotels were amazing and the transfer service was also amazing.

I would definitely book with Haider again, I know him as a honest and humble person and the prices he quotes are always cheaper than what I get quoted when I look online myself.

The company is very professional and offers great umrah packages. I am pleased with the very friendly service.

My name is منصور العلاهي, and my family recently booked an Umrah package with Mr. Harry from Tayyaba Tours. The experience was amazing from start to finish. We stayed in 4-star hotels that were within walking distance from both the Haram in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah. This made everything very convenient for us, especially as it was my first time visiting Saudi Arabia.

The views from our hotels were breathtaking, adding to the spiritual experience. The accommodations were comfortable, and the services provided were excellent. Mr. Harry ensured everything went smoothly, from booking to our return. I highly recommend Tayyaba Tours for anyone planning their Umrah trip. They made our pilgrimage memorable, and I can confidently refer them for Umrah packages

Hi Mr. Mir is one of the most competitive and informative Umrah agents in the whole United Kingdom. We came to know about him by my relatives, who often travel using their services. And i was happy by their service as Mr. Mir treated us like his ow family and took care of everything personally. It was a great experience going to Umrah

It was a great experience
