Honestly if your gonna book ask for sufyan cos genuinely he took so much off my back. I was so stressed with going for the first time. But he made sure everything was sorted and he sorted out an issue i had with previous travel agents. May allah reward him for his service. Ask for sufyan he will 100% take care of you

The whole booking process has been excellent. From start to finish Mumhammed Danish has assisted me whilst making all the bookings for my 1st Umrah and I can say I am at ease as I have gone through Haq Travels for my bookings.

Once they receive full payment, these people don't even listen to you. And it is also true that they are operating from Pakistan, not the UK

I have recently used haq travels I must say no complaints from booking tickets to hotels, our transports from Makkah to madina and from madina to airport I would highly recommend haq travels

I booked with (Haq travel safa Marwa and travigence)
I believe they all same company.
They mislead me with my hotel booking
We are 5 travellers and they booked unsatisfactory accommodation for 5
People and took money in advance
And I had to sort out all the mess at hotel reception desk I. Dubai and Makkah and medina.
As package holidays failed to provide Atol certificate as per uk law requirement.
I would say that thier staff are not knowledgeable at all and are told push the sale
At any cost.
I’ve contacted few people via watapp and no one is reachable,once fully paid.
Typical Asian business tactics.

Even if they have to lie and mislead
They will do any thing to get your money and trap you

Don't Trust them,they are fake pplz ,not in London ,working from Lahore juher town.
They will spoil your travel by change your hotels ..and you will can't do any thing ....They are not Travel agency ,even they haven't own company accounts ....

I recently came back from Umrah and I can highly recommend Haq travels. Qadeer Hussain found me a good affordable package. And made sure everything went smoothly.

Haq Travels has been the most awful travel agency I have ever had the misfortune to use. My Ramadan Umrah package for 3 people was booked in November.(Fully paid) Areeba was the agent. She kept telling me any problems and she would always be there at the end of phone.
I was due to travel on 28th of February,but due to Iran war my flights were cancelled.
Haq Travels didn't even know that the flights had been cancelled until I told them. They have done nothing to help me then or since. I had to sort out my Umrah by rebooking my own flights and arranging further accommodation whilst in Mecca (due to later flight and longer stay than original)

Since my return over 9 weeks ago I have rung and written to Haq Travels on many occasions to ask for information about what they are doing to get my refunds for the cancelled flights. Every day I am told someone is contacting the airlines and they will call me back. No one ever does. When I get through agents like Areeba and a manager by the name of Zain, who I spoke to before travelling, are never available. These are the people who were supposedly my dedicated agents and helpers in any emergency situations! Eventually I was told they had both left the company!

I spoke to the airlines myself and they say I am entitled to a full refund as they cancelled the flights not me.The only problem is that as the agency booked the tickets only they can claim it back on my behalf.
Haq Travels made me pay my money in full on booking (most companies just ask for a small deposit), but giving me my refund has been extremely difficult for them and time consuming for me.

I have checked and they are not on the list of companies registered with the Saudi Government for Hajj and Umrah. The ATOL number they provide belongs to their sister company Safa & Marwa Tours and is of no value when things go wrong.I believe they are all just members of one family running both businesses. Neither is of any help if things don't go to plan.

This is not an organisation that I would class as honest and reliable.
I am writing this to warn other people not to make the same mistake as me.
Much easier to arrange everything yourself for Umrah or go to a registered agency for Hajj as you will save a lot of hassle and heartache.

After 2 months of chasing, with promises made and broken every day, I finally got my ticket money refunded. This should never have been an issue.as it is returned by the airlines.The rest was not refundable so I have lost over £2000.

The money was never my main concern. It was the lack of any information, guidance,help and responsibility by Haq Travels. They are the people we trusted and they failed us at every stage. Had I not been chasing them every day by phone I don't believe I would have got any money back at all.
They are making a lot of money from people,but no service is given in return and there is a total lack of care for the customer.
It is shameful that Muslims are doing this to other Muslims.

Brother Faizan was amazing. We had so many requests and last minute changes. He was very patient and accommodated every minor detail. Superb!!!
Don't hesitate to book. This guy was always available at the end of WhatsApp. Very happy with the service.

The company is great, I always use them to book my umrah. I speak to Qadeer and he is very nice and helpful. He answers all my questions and gave me a very good package deal. I have recommended Qadeer to my family members and would recommend him to anyone else who is looking to book their umrah.

I booked a umrah package with HAQ travels and the customer service was good and I would recommend using HAQ travels again in the future the person who assisted me was Abdur Rahman and I have previously used HAQ travels before and every time I have had amazing customer service

Fantastic service. Specially Abdul Rehman who booked my flights tickets so many times and of course he arrange the Umrah package very reasonable price for my whole family in 2021 on pandemic period. Which was the great challenge for him. Because of his good service we went again for umrah in 2025.

Alhamdulillah, I’ve just returned from my second Umrah with Haq Travel, and once again it was a beautiful experience.

Everything was very well organised and prepared. The team were extremely helpful, especially with my children, which made the journey so much easier. Even small details like breakfast being arranged when leaving showed their care and planning.

Sufyan was great—very supportive and always there to help.

I highly recommend Haq Travel to anyone planning Umrah.
