This was the worst experience I’ve had with a travel or visa company. Despite applying two months before travel, they repeatedly ignored my messages and calls. They originally told us we would receive the visas within three weeks, but only provided them the day before travel. Even worse, one member of our travelling family never received a visa at all, which meant wasted money and huge stress for our family.

Throughout the process, whenever I tried to contact them, I was often told the agent was “unavailable,” and nobody else would pick up the case. If they recognised it was me calling, they wouldn’t respond. I had to keep ringing the general number and explain the whole situation from the beginning each time. At one point I was even told we needed to book extra services in order to get the visas approved.

In my experience, they speak to you politely until you pay, and then you’re ignored. Staff members including Abdul Ahad, Reha and Ahmed were consistently rude and unhelpful with me.

I would definitely avoid this company.

Our advisor Abdul Ahad did an excellent job dedicating his time to sorting out our package which met our specific needs. The experience was hassle free with no issues, would recommend to any hoping to travel in the near future.

Abdul Ahad was amazing with the service he provided. He was so patient with me providing me with several options to make the ideal umrah package for my family. He even offered ziyarat and a tour guide which was not part of the package. I will definitely be booking with them again

I had a very disappointing experience with HAQ Travels. After paying for my Umrah tickets and hotel bookings, everything was suddenly cancelled. The company provided no help or support afterward. They did not answer their phones, and I was left completely stranded in another country with no guidance.

Because of this, I had to rebook all my flights and accommodation myself, which meant paying everything again and incurring double the cost. It was extremely stressful and upsetting, especially during a trip that should have been meaningful and peaceful.

From my experience, they did not seem properly registered or professionally managed. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend at all

I tried getting in touch with them countless times, but they ignored every call and message. Their total disregard for their customers is shocking. Being stuck in a foreign country without a place to stay because of their incompetence was stressful, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this agency stay far away. Don’t answer phone calls or any messages and continue to provide me incorrect numbers. Absolute disgrace.

I messaged and called them repeatedly, and they ignored every single attempt I made to get support. Their lack of responsibility and basic professionalism is unbelievable. Being left in a foreign place with no accommodation because of their negligence was stressful, embarrassing, and downright unacceptable. I strongly warn anyone considering them—avoid this agency at all costs. They took 3 weeks to sort visa, they didn’t arrange ziyarat and said when I checked out madina hotel my hotel can cancelled and told me go find another hotel. As a young mother with 2 children this is absolutely disgusting behaviour, they are not ATOL registered either once they take money they will no bother further assistance so avoid at all costs!!!

Just came back from umrah using this company firstly as soon as you have paid them, they cease communication with you trying to message them numerous times they don't get back to you. So that's the first issue. When they do reply it's like they can't be bothered to talk to you. Then they tell us the hotel is only five minutes away from the Haram in mecca. That was a lie it wasn't. 5 mins at all. The hotel they sent us to was in mecca al ebba was absolutely terrible the food , the service even the people working their. The first hotel in madina was OK but the hotel in mecca was awful. This company will fill you up with all these promises and then dissappear. Be cautious when using them. Also they were told us we were allowed to bring back zam zam water. That was not the case as you need a umrah visa when going to get your zam zam from the airport. So we were not given an umrah visa which we should of instead they give us visitors visa. Be cautious when using this company I wish we listened to the reviews first. Will never use a company again. It's so much cheaper doing it all your self.

Did not inform us of changes at the trips destination, withheld information about remaining balances until 48 hours after the trip was over. You would think with difficulties that was caused due to booking issues for hotels which we had to wait 4-5 hours with a baby after a 5 hour drive to get there only to find out no hotel was booked according to the hotel we was ment to stay at that they would compensate you in someway but they did not. Then we got downgraded from a 4 star to a 3 stay with 1 less room than we originally booked.

Well i have a good experience with haq travels ahmad help me out and thank you so much ahmad inshallah i will again do such trips with haq travels

I spoke with Shahbaz regarding an Umrah package. He provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions clearly, and offered a very good package. Shahbaz was polite, professional, and very helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Don’t use this company. I had very very bad experience with them .

I mistook this agency for Al-haq travels which is outstanding, please do not make the same mistake as me. This is just HAQ travels and they have the worst agents ever who lie about the packages and just want your money

Do not trust this agency they are liars and only want your money they give you horrible hotels and service once you have paid them

Excellent Service.. Supported my journey all the way.. A legit reliable company. Great deals according to your needs and budget. Hamza and Ahmed are great service providers with excellent communication. They made my Umrah journey safe and secure Alhamdulliah will be booking again. Recommended for sure.

0 star review-/- Start from answering calls or reply to msg no answer, price higher then the market, hotels paid high price for 5 star hotel but got the worst rooms In the hotel then not taking any responsibility no reply to msg or calls, stuck waiting at the reception since last 24 hours can’t even use the bathroom so dirty DONT BOOK WITH HAQ TRAVEL.
