Haq Travels Omdömen

Had a great experience with Haq travels. They have a very professional and efficient team. The agent named ‘Hamza Abbas’ processed my umrah visa case on urgent basis, and I literally got visa in 4 days after giving payment. He guided me very well about the whole process. Above all, their packages are very reasonable.
I fully recommend everyone to use their services.

Me along with my wife and 04 years old daughter performed Umrah in July 2025. We had booked our complete journey through Haq Travels, who provided us a very reasonable 08 days package.

We really appreciate their services of VISA process, Hotels booking and stays , Taxi services from JEDDAH - MAKKAH - MADINA. The processing was very quick with economical services charges.

Al the drivers in KSA were very good and professional and we visited all the ZYARAHs.

In future we will highly recommend Haq Travels' services for Umrah / Hajj.

Abdul Ahad was very good and arranged my umrah hotels. No problems at all was quick and communication was very fast and easy. Good service! Will use Haq Travels again!

I used Abdul for transport for my umrah from Madinah airport to Madinah hotel and then Madinah to Mecca and lastly from Mecca to Jeddah Airport. All Transport drivers and vehicles were fairly new and clean. Drivers were very helpful and kind. Would recommend to everyone!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I paid the full amount for my Umrah package three months before my travel date, yet they failed to apply for my visa on time. Despite repeatedly reminding them, they kept falsely reassuring me that everything was in order. At the last minute—on my day of travel—they admitted that the visa hadn’t been applied in time for and demanded more money to cancel the Umrah package and only rebook my flights to my home country.

Their lack of knowledge and experience regarding Umrah packages and visa rules was shocking. I ended up applying for a visa on arrival myself and got it within five minutes. Throughout the process, they caused me immense stress, ignored my messages and calls, and were completely unprofessional not admitting their fault .

I wouldn’t use their services again, even if they offered me a free package. They lure customers in with low prices, only to demand extra money later to change travel dates. Avoid them at all costs!

Hamaz Abbas was very patient and answered all my concerns/questions. He called me with updates and to make sure I had received emails and WhatsApp messages. I will definitely be using Haqq Travel services in the future inshallah. Thank you Hamaz for all your help and may Allah bless you for the services you provide. Really looking forward to our Umrah now....

Provided a great umrah trip for us. Great hotels great transport and the staff were very friendly especially Abdul Ahad. Would definitely reccomend haq travels for any umrah trips.

Thank you so much for providing us excellent service we ever had. Special thanks to Abdul Ahad for guidance and providing us excellent hotel, airport pick up drop off service . May Allaha bless you for all this.

My Umrah package was excellent. Abul Ahad was very efficient and very helpful all the way. Very good service.

My umrah package was very good Usman made it very easy. He even provided me with the guide and helped me when I was over there with any questions I had and making it easy with taxi and transfers thank you again and if I ever go umrah again Insh Allah will definitely use you definitely would use Usman to help me plan and prep my journey.

Noor Nabi was our travel agent and he put together our package and it was exactly what we were hoping for alhamdullilah. He was constantly in contact with us on WhatsApp and sent all the relevant documents via WhatsApp which enabled me to print them out. I would use Haq Travel again as their professionalism and kind approach is what is needed when booking such an important trip.

My experience was great because I didn't have to wait to check into the hotels in makkah and madina. Noor Nabi was my agent and he made sure my umrah to be a nice and comfortable one. The hotels were close to the Kaba and Masjid Al Nawabi as well. I would definitely recommend other people to kindly contact with this company regarding umrah.

Noor Nabi has been very helpful and professional throughout the whole booking process. His advice was very useful in assisting us with booking the hotels in Makkah and Madina. Furthermore, all the transfers were appropriate and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend that you book via Haq Travel. I certainly will be using them again.

I just want to say Haq Travels provided such a beautiful experience for me. A representative of Haq Travels called Usman helped me throughout the whole process. It was mine and my misses first time going Umrah and so we were anxious and worried to say the least due to hearing stories of people being scammed for their money. But this was not the case here. I loved how he took me step by step and any questions I had he was willing to answer. Even when I was in Saudi, messaging or phoning him was not a problem. They provided a smooth experience and what I wanted is what I got.

Amazing travel agency and staff.
