L'expédition à eu lieu le jour même de ma commande mais, malheureusement chronopost n'a pas du tout respecté les délais.Tammy et Benjamin ont été très réactifs et ont aidé à résoudre ce problème de livraison. Le superbe sac est finalement arrivé a destination.Je les recommande vivement pour leurs produits, leur amabilité et leur souci de régler le problème. Encore merci

WAITING SINCE 6 MONTHS FOR A REFUND FOR A MISSING PARCEL
My orders were never received, the delivery occurred during my vacation. Several investigations were initiated during the last months without any results- I am waiting since 6 months for the refund. I am very dissatisfied about the after sales customer service and can’t recommend this shop.
