Wonderful Product - New Leader of the market
this week I had a chance to try out SeaWolf - a battery-based pump for SUP. It was an amazing experience - the pump was able to inflate 2 SUPs to 12 psi and 15 psi within 5 and 7 mins accordingly, which is at least 2 times faster than any pump I ever tried, nonetheless comparing this to a manual pump.

Excellent Customer Service
Purchased a paddle board from Woot.com in April 2022. Prior to purchase, I saw that several reviews noted that the fin included was incorrect, but Swonder had promptly replaced it with the correct fin. The board arrived and sat in the box in my garage through the hot Florida summer. Last weekend, I took it out to try it and remembered the fin issue, so that was the first thing I tested. Mine did not fit and was obviously not the correct one for the board. I emailed Swonder on a Sunday and received a same day reply from Mira. Mira took the time to identify the issue and find the solution. Once I provided photos, she quickly replied that the correct fin would be shipped. She provided tracking info, and also followed up via email once the fin arrived to ensure that it was correct and in good working order. GREAT customer service! Thanks Mira and Swonder for an excellent experience.

Fantastic Customer Service
After receiving a SUP for Christmas with a missing valve cover, I reached out to the Swonder team, hoping they would be able to help. Echo got back to me quickly and immediately shipped me the missing piece. He went above and beyond and his communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend purchasing through Swonder due to the superb customer service!

Seam broken but replaced no hassle
Board broke at the seam just before the warranty expired. They sent an entire kit replacement (board paddle and all), and informed me that the board has a two year instead of one year warranty. Quick service and was happy with the support
