    I am extremely satisfied with Dive Right In Scuba. I love how they give detailed explanation on how your product is properly collected and packaged for shipment. The employees are positive and want to make everything right if something goes wrong. I would always recommend this company and I will continue to use them for future scuba purchases :)

    Many thanks to them for partnering with DIVEIN on YouTube!!

    After DIVEIN's drysuit videos, particularly the one on Bare X-Mission drysuits, yesterday (Jan 19, 2026), I and my friend (who is also my SSI XR Instructor) drove 6 hrs to DRIS in Plainfield, IL and spent over 4 hours with Bill - who was simply fantastic - as he fully explained and showed me the features of the suits I was interested in from Fourth Element, Bare (the X-Mission DIVEIN discussed in their video), and Santi - in addition to seal and dry glove systems. He helped settle on the suit that best met my needs, measured me, and got me into ordering a Santi E-Lite Plus that only required three minor modifications from a stock size, and added the options I wanted. SAVED $$$ over a full custom!!

    It's a freakin' sharp looking suit with the color scheme I selected!

    Getting the premium drysuit warranty (a $450 value) thrown in for free based on the video was easy, and I upgraded it to the platinum warranty for a little more.

    My advice: I went there with a well-considered list of:
    (a) how I will use the suit (temp ranges, boat, shore, BPW, SM, etc.),
    (b) undergarments and active heat I planned to use,
    (c) specific attributes I was looking for in the following categories: Materials, Zipper, Cut, Seals, Pockets, Pee Valve, and Feet (ex: user-replaceable seals, reinforced knees, neo socks, plastic zipper, left leg balanced pee valve, etc.),
    (d) what I considered "nice-to-haves" (ex: reinforced elbows & seat, low-profile exhaust valve, etc.) and,
    (e) importantly, things I did NOT want (ex: back zipper, boots, cave cut, replaceable seal systems that use CLIPS, etc.)

    I took considerable time to develop the list from my own experiences and with advice from people I trust who have more experience than I do. It was VERY helpful to do that homework ahead of time and provide that list to Bill and it formed the basis for his recommendations.

    I could not have asked for a better experience!

    I ordered scuba gear from Dive Right In…

    I ordered scuba gear from Dive Right In Scuba and their selection was huge, prices fair, and staff really knew their stuff, they even helped me pick gear that fit my diving plans. Most of my orders arrived quickly and in good shape, and the customer service was friendly when I had questions. That said, I did hear a few stories where shipping got delayed or certain items were out-of-stock, so I'd double-check availability before ordering.

    I'm consistently impressed with this company. They offer high-quality products at great prices. When I needed to add a small item to my order the following day, their customer service team made it incredibly easy, waiving the need for a separate transaction. Excellent service all around!

    Called and talked with Sean this on Dive Rites BSC Inflator/Deflator

    Called and talked with Sean this evening. My wife's new SEAC BCD inflator button was very hard for her to press do to her Rheumatoid Arthritis. We leave for Cozumel in less than two weeks. Sean wasn't sure if the Dive Rite inflator/deflator would work her SEAC. He told me he would research it and call me back. An hour or so later he called with pictures of the DIve Rite inflator/deflator working on a Seac. Placed the order and should be here in plenty of time for me to put on for our trip. He actually was able to push both inflator buttons to make sure it was an easier push. That folks is great service. Thank you Sean!

    I bought a sitech flex replaceable…

    I bought a sitech flex replaceable wrist and neck kit with DRIS. The first awkward thing was that the tool to place the neck seal in the neck ring was not included. In addition, seems like the material used in the ring set - especially the slaggo flex ring set - is of poor quality as it broke after changing the seal once! Loking at the Sitech website I found they do have quality standards. I asked DRIS about replacement and they told me there's no warranty on "just a piece of plastic". Disturbed to think that not only the price for the plastic but also one of the pieces of plastic that keeps me from freezing, I started looking into more details. After further investigation, I found DRIS are not sitech approved vendors! I asked them about it, but haven't heard back since. They do have great prices, but you might be getting shitty products. So be aware!

    We're sorry the wrist system broke after you installed it. We've never seen one break and communicate straight to the manufacturer in Sweden. They too, said it wouldn't be a warranty issue that they would normally cover. They did just let us know we would be able to offer you a one time replacement if you send it back. We would look to send it back to them for inspection so they can figure out why it failed. As you mentioned, they take quality very seriously. We know this as there are really no failures with their products.

    It seems you looked on the Distributor in Canada's website about us. Yes, we aren't an authorized dealer of theirs, as we don't purchase our Si Tech products thru them. I can fully assure you that we get our products from other Manufacturers and they are under full warranty from Si Tech, you can easily email SiTech thru their portal as well, and ask for Jonas. You can also ask him his thoughts on this issue you've had with your system.

    I'm really sorry that you had an issue with your product, but coming here to try and put us down or call our integrity into question is just not a good customer response. We are fully authorized for every product on our website by every manufacturer. I wouldn't say there is a single "shitty" product on our stie. I wouldn't call this system "shitty" either. When talking to Si Tech, they feel that the only way this could have been compromised is from how it was installed. This is what we assumed also, and we offered you a great deal for us to just do the install for you properly.

    Feel free to let me know which direction you would like to go. You can mail us the full suit and we will do the install properly for you at a heavily reduced price. Or, you can send us back the old wrist system and we can send you a new one. We will send the old one back to Sitech for evaluation. I would recommend if you go this option, to let me know what products you used to clean and install the system so we can ensure it's the right method so you don't have a failure like this again.

    Impeccable Knowledge and Service

    The service provided to me my DRIS and particularly Sean Ismail was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable about various dive equipment, and I am confident that the new equipment I purchased is ideal for me. I was not pressured into any purchases, but was well informed and supported in my acquisition. Furthermore, he was amazing in supporting my ReActivate training! I started diving 30 years ago, and have been in a lot of dive shops, but none come close to the experience I have had with DRIS, and Sean. Thank you!

    I’ve made numerous purchases with DSR…

    I’ve made numerous purchases with DSR since 2022, and they’ve never let me down.

    Most recently, I worked with Chris Wilhoyt, who was helpful and great to deal with. I ordered a setup sight unseen, and while I ended up not too happy with the product itself (which I specifically asked for from Chris), the service was excellent. When I contacted the company to return the items after receiving them, that’s where Sean Ismail stepped in.

    Sean was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I wanted to return the items, and he went above and beyond to help me explore alternative options that better suited my needs. He emphasized several times that he’d gladly process the return if that’s what I wanted—his priority was simply making sure I was happy, which immediately put me at ease.

    I’ll admit I’m not always the easiest customer to work with, but Sean was incredibly patient. He took the time to ask me detailed questions about my diving style and what I was hoping to accomplish. Based on that, he suggested gear I never would have considered. Thanks to his experience, deep product knowledge, and professionalism as a dive industry instructor, both in and out of the water, he turned what could’ve been a disappointing return into a setup I’m genuinely excited about for the long term.

    There was absolutely no pushy sales behavior—just a thoughtful, in-depth conversation (did I mention it was lengthy? 😄). I hung up the phone excited about my new order and confident I’d made the right choice.

    If you’re looking for someone who truly listens, offers well-thought-out options, and explains why those options may be a great fit for you, I highly recommend Sean Ismail - not just as a salesperson, but as your go-to dive product specialist.

    I recently placed an order for a dive trip. A part was missing which they didn't have in stock. They actually reached out to another vendor and ordered the missing part for me to get in time for my trip. I don't think I have ever experienced customer service that is this good. The best!

    Awesome product and customer service

    I ordered swim goggles for my granddaughter and I chose one based on the reviews. I am so glad I did! The quality is great and the adjustment strap is not made out of rubber so it is so much more comfortable to adjust. It even came in a hard plastic storage box. I had to reach out to customer service regarding shipping and right away got a response. Shipping was quick and I am so glad I ordered from dive right scuba instead of Amazon. Great company

    Just took the HOG Regulator repair…

    Just took the HOG Regulator repair class, and it was excellent! Steve and Dan were very patient while we learned all that steps to service this equipment. In addition, every time I have ordered from them they have always been there to make sure I was ordering the right gear for what I was looking to accomplish.

    Wonderful!

    I absolutely love contacting Dive Right in Scuba! I really want my money to go to brick and mortar dive shops because I appreciate the personal interaction and the ability to receive advice! Diverightinscuba are also a brick and mortar store but offers the benefit of being able to shop from home! Their equipment is high quality and shipping is timely, very transparent process, everything that you would expect from
    a reputable company is there! What sets them apart for me is their absolutely amazing knowledge and responsiveness! I have called with things I knew nothing about and someone sat with me on the phone, had a wonderfully friendly conversation, without the pressure to buy! I have received honest advice, like “ what kind of diving are you planing to do?”, and depending on my answer, I received answers like “ you don’t need to buy all this, it’s overkill, however this other thing may make you more comfortable”! They were available when I received the order to make sure I understood how to put it together, sent me
    videos and insisted that I can call anytime for advice! Diving equipment is expensive but having somewhere where I will get honest advice about what I do or do not need is priceless! They will forever be my go to place to buy equipment and make sure I understand what I am buying! They have the feel of the friendly local small town store where you know everyone and you are not just a number in a vacuum! In a world of automated responses they are a refreshing breath of humanity combined with awesome customer service!
