Can't fault this company - they took my 17 year old Omega Seamaster that was significantly scratched and not working and after leaving it with them for 2 months I've a watch that works and looks (almost!) like new.
It's spotlessly clean and shiny and I'm having to look extremely hard to find any of the old deeper scratches.
The price was very fair, communication has been good and the watch was returned to me in line with the timescales I was expecting

Quick feedback when I enquired, and also fixed my problem quickly while I waited. Because my problem turned out to be very simple, they did not charge me. I was both surprised and delighted at how I was treated.

I will definitely use them again if I need watch repair or service.

It was by chance that I was given the details of SwissMade, I had tried so many places to service my precious watch but no one could help as it had to have specific parts sent from Switzerland. As soon as I contacted SwissMade they immediately told me they would be happy to help and I sent my watch for their assessment. The process was so easy, they sent a prepaid postage label and box to package it in. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I’ve received my watch back today by special delivery, looking and feeling brand new. I would recommend SwissMade 100% and am so glad I’ve found them

I was nervous using a company I had never used before but took a leap of faith with my Omega Planet Ocean Seamaster and contacted them regarding a badly needed service. From start to completion SwissMade offered a benchmark level of service. Every email answered same day and more importantly time scale of work. Swissmade provide a highly professional service and I cannot recommend them enough. My Ebel watch was seriously damaged by a local repairer and needed a new middle case, service and battery. I am so grateful to Liz and the very skilled craftsmen at Swissmade. They sourced a part and brought my watch back into full repair and working order. They were so helpful and communication was excellent throughout. I will never trust anyone else with my watch and will only use Swissmade in the future. Thank you so much for all your help with this. My 2 tone seamaster came back looking brand new. Even the clasp was fixed ( i scuffed it years ago fell over), and it runs perfectly. Would def use for other watches in the future. Fully recommend.

I am so happy. I have had my Tag Heuer watch for 20 plus years and love it. I have taken it to Tag previously as it was losing on average 5 mins per week and they didnt fix it. I noticed it was getting worse and contacted 3 repairers for quotes. Nick was 'on it' fast and pleasant, very knowledgable and willing to answer my questions. No pressure to proceed, just reassurance that if I chose to go ahead that my watch would be in goood hands.
I arranged to take my watch in and met Lawrence who was very helpful and friendly. I received the full quote, agreed to proceed and received updates as we went along. Great service and best of all, my watch looks wonderful and hopefully keeps going for another 20 years at least!

Sent a watch to them for assessment but they didn't even bother taking the back off to look inside before giving me a ludicrous quote.
Their report on the watch's condition was also totally inaccurate.
Extremely disappointing experience.
