Excellent service, a fair price was given in their estimate and the cost of the service was exactly as their estimate with no "extras". The repair was completed within their quoted timescale.

Took my Rolex date just two tone jubilee bracelet that was badly stretched, they repined it and polished it, did a fantastic job within the time period they quoted and very reasonable price , will definitely be using this company again

Having had a bad experience recently with another watch repairs company I decide to try RS Watch Repairs for the service of my Cartier Pasha and I am glad I did!
Everything went smoothly with the whole process from sending the watch to receiving it back taking around 5 weeks.
I was kept informed of every stage of the process and it was a pleasure dealing with this company.
I will be using them again shortly for my other watches.

I have sent a men’s tag heuer and a ladies Cartier tank . Both repairs and services were perfect with watches returned in ‘as new’ condition. The transportation of the watches to and from was easy , safe and secure. We will use the company again.

Fantastic service. Sent my Omega Seamaster in for a service via their provided insured postal service and it was returned like brand new with full testing report at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Having had my Cartier watch serviced by RS Watch Repairs around 15 months ago, I unfortunately knocked the case quite hard, which caused the watch to stop working.
I returned it to RSWR, and they repaired it under their service warranty, something I didn’t expect, and was very much appreciated.
This experience further demonstrates the high level of customer service provided by RSWR, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

When you are paying serious money for any service, you need to be reassured that you’re not wasting a penny. The secure return of my 30* year old Rolex in ‘looking like new’ condition after a very full service convinced me that this is a serious company providing a seriously high level of service. I have used RSWR for a few years now, both by dropping watches off or using the postal service, and I would not use anyone else.
The customer service and communication is excellent and the expertise in assessing and servicing your timepiece is of a high standard.
Estimates are given prior to repairs and I have always found the prices to be very reasonable.
My items are returned very promptly, the only occasional short delays being when parts are awaited. My watches return looking sparkling after cleaning and polishing.

Brilliant value work and service on my Rolex, and returned over 2 weeks earlier than anticipated, looking and operating as good as new. Old/used parts of the internals had been kept to show and explain what had been changed, paperwork included, and gifted back to me in a storage case. Highly recommend, after years visiting authorised repairers on the high street , I now wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Have used RS Watch Repairs twice now and both times have been very satisfactory experiences. Estimates were given and the repairs were carried out in the timeframe and prices quoted. Communication during the repair process is excellent and everyone I spoke to at the company were very friendly and helpful.

RS Watch repairs serviced mine and my wife’s watches. I’d not heard of them so I went off the great reviews. I certainly wasn’t disappointed. When I collected them I thought they were new watches despite them both being 15 years old and never been serviced.
